Better than powder
YES! Capsules! Cannot do the powder due to no heated drinks - been looking for capsules and this saved the day! They’re a bit big but better than drinking powder in a cold drink

Blind faith
My doc told me to use colostrum, so I bought several forms of this stuff. I heard from someone that the dry powder doesn't contain the nutrients that would provide the benefits and the reason for using it. So, I don't know. All supplements are a crapshoot.
