good bit of kit, especially given the low price. It took a while to assemble as the instruction were a bit confusing to start, but after thinking it out and looking logically at the assembly diagram it was fairy straightforward

A good price for a good bit of kit. Essential for any home gym, If you want a stronger back and glutes then this is for you. I’m 110kg 6 foot tall and it fits me. As for assembly yes the instructions aren’t the clearest but it took me 20 minutes and I only swore once.

Sadly, i am Very disappointed with this product. Instructions are awful and none of the bolts and puts are tightening at all so having taken an age to put it it together i can't even use it. would not recommend this at all.

Got this for my brother who really suffers from lower back issues. He has been constantly using it and he feels it helps his back issues. BUT... the build instructions are none existent. We had to build it on common sense, you only get a poorly printed picture of where different parts go with numbers. He said had he tried to build it himself he'd of just sent it back as it seemed very overwhelming.

As with a lot of the reviews suggest the instructions are pretty much non-existent. However that said it isn’t that difficult once you get your head around it I hope these pictures help. Overall this is a good quality product at a very good price. I am very happy with it and cannot fault it I will see as the months go on. Instructions: see my photographs, it’s easier to make it in four sections and assemble it together.

It does what it says on the tin for the price however I weren't happy with the unclear assembly instructions. If you're one to struggle with Ikea assembly then this will definitely be an issue for you. Parts are not numbered so you'll have to work out what the manual means based on number of pieces indicated. Even when you do put together it's not as sturdy as it should be. Bad quality nuts in my opinion stops the nut from screwing as tightly as possible to the base and only goes to the top of the nut meaning some screws slide around. Nonetheless this will do the job but in hindsight I'm confident you can get better if you're willing to spend £100+

Where the front foot meets the main part, the metal on metal started digging into the paint. Eventually that'll start digging into the metal itself (already happening a bit), compromising structural integrity. I put some furniture padding on it, which should extend the life a bit, but seems like a design flaw.
