The drying phase occurs naturally with subsequent cooking in a wood-burning oven and/or in a mechanical oven powered by LPG. Our products can sometimes have flakes, chips, surface cracking or other anomalies that represent the peculiar characteristics of a "handmade" natural product. Saputo Biscotto is the result of an over 100 years of experience in the production of clay products, used in the construction of ovens with wood/gas/electric power.
