Got a refurbished Fitbit versa 4 today, and it exceeded my expectations! It was delivered a week ahead of the estimated deliver date (and beating the estimated delivery of new bands I ordered from Amazon!). The outer original box of the Fitbit was slightly beat up but taped really well (likely from the previous owners then sealed up by the company that handled the repair), however the inside packaging was like new, it came with everything that it said and even had an extra Fitbit brand small band that was not expected but appreciated! Overall I was skeptical at first since it seemed too good to be true, but now am thrilled I got it through them. Wonderful all around so far!

Apparently, the company does not want to support the Arabic language yet, despite user requests since 2018. Arabic messages appear in the form of symbols and interrogatives, which I do not recommend.
