This is a great product. Good craftsmanship and great quality. Perfect if you don’t have a lot of space to have a big display unit. Keeps the gelato at a perfect temperature.

KOOLMORE IS SHIPPING COMPLETE GARBAGE - save yourself the aggravation and look at another brand!!!! But do read on ... Great looking unit - awesome footprint - beautiful countertop appeal - but wait ... there's more So I get the first unit. I unpack it in a haste, excited about the item. I even lift it and place it on the countertop facing the customer area. Yeah .... so then I started looking at it carefully - here's what I found (and I have pictures) -all 4 sides were crimpled - yes - crimpled like paper - how do you crimple stainless steel? -the glass unit had a broken plastic hinge hole which made it impossible to connect to the base -the opposite bracket was bent beyond repair -the 6 trays were ... floating around inside the unit when I unpacked it -One of the legs holding pressure when the top is supposed to be opened was broken also beyond repair I wanted to repair it and looked at it very carefully at what I can repair - I was going to put up with the crimpled look on the stainless steel - but the broken hinges and legs and plastic were way beyond what could be repaired I initially thought Amazon must have shipped me a used and returned unit - but I would be wrong. Amazon did am amazing job in replacing the unit - a moving company showed up and pick it up and that same afternoon the NEW unit arrived - OH BUT WAIT - this is not where the story ends ... This time I was not as excited. I placed the unit flat on the ground and started opening the box praying it was not damaged (or at least not damaged beyond repair - that's sad right?) and opened the box as if I expected to pack it back up. You guessed it - SAME FREAKING DAMAGE - same leg broken, same bracket bent - same floating around trays inside! WHAT IN THE SEVENTH CIRCLE OF HELL is KoolMore trying to do - piss off customers on purpose? Hey KoolMore! If you're trying to go out of business you're doing a real good job! I was going to get a few more KoolMore pieces - BUT HELL NO! No commercial fridge. freezer, etc-etc-etc - what are you people actually doing? No quality control at the exit from the factory? Honestly - based on what I have seen, I don't understand how two items could have THE SAME BROKEN and DAMAGED pieces!?!?!?!? HOW!??!?! MORE UPDATES - it's been weeks and UPS STILL has not picked up the SECOND returned unit - trying to contact AMAZON for a label - Amazon will not issue label since UPS is supposed to stop by and pick it up so I can't even take it to UPS for a return.

Nice unit, wish I could have used it but it arrived smashed up. Typically would not write a review based on shipping damage but in this case I think it's relevant, as the packaging from the manufacturer was totally inadequate for the size and weight of the unit. I have to think I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Fortunately Amazon did take the return although the guy who picked it up was not too happy with the condition and the pile of destroyed packaging on my porch.
