Recently had dentures put in. Gum irritation is normal but when the dentist is closed , and I'm unable to get an adjustment, this stuff helped greatly. It's a thick cream that stays in place and acts as a numbing agent and good lubricant of sorts to help seat your dentures with less pain. The thickness is the key as gels squeeze out. Easy to use as I apply to my sore gum with a qtip, let in work for about 5 minutes, then apply some on the denture in the same spot. definitely effective, and helps ease the pain till I can get an appointment. Some will squeeze out but I leave it on the gum to help with denture movement. Didn't notice any bad or unpleasant taste. Definitely better than numbing agents or gels. Expensive but you don't need much and it's well worth it in times of need to help with discomfort

This stuff really works. No gimmicks here. It doesn’t have that awful strong flavor that other products like orajel and ambisol have. You can barely taste anything at all. Very neutral. It sticks exactly where you put it, and it does not budge at all. A little bit goes a long way. I cracked a tooth, sheered a piece of it right off which left me with a big hole in a molar and an exposed nerve. It hurt like hell. Orajel and ambisol couldn’t touch it. I began resorting to lidocaine spray which was not even for oral application but I was desperate. Then I found this and bought it. Was shocked that it worked. And it kept that tooth protected until I could get back to the dentist. Every time that nerve would start to throb and cause uncontrollable pain, I would put the tiniest amount of this benzodent in it and within seconds the pain would stop. The hole would stay full with benzodent, and would eventually come out throughout the day from eating and drinking. But it kept that nerve numb and protected, and super easy to reapply. Idk what kind of sorcery they use to get it to stick exactly whatever it touches but it’s impressive. I can see how this would be a lifesaver for someone with a denture or partial.

In my opinion, this is more of a paste than a cream & it isn't the easiest to "rub in". That is the only thing negative that I am going to write about this product. I use this for a reason not listed. I have a condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia. It is nerve damage I developed after having a dental procedure (happens A LOT, be careful). It is horrendous pain that, in my case, affects my mouth. I have continual pain that feels as if there is a deep cut at my lower gum line & acid has been poured into it. That continual pain is also on the inside of my jaw. I will often use this on both places & it honestly helps me. It's a texture that takes a little getting use to but it stops the pain for a while. Better than anything else I have tried. So anyone who has Trigeminal Neuralgia, give this a try; God knows, we're trying everything we can think of to combat the pain.....might as well try this; you maybe surprised!

Omg this stuff is a lifesaver I had a really bad toothache i mean make you cry toothache nothing i used helped saw this stuff on line and got it. Can I tell you it worked in like 5 min im going on 3 hours and still no pain it is kinda like a paste and it doesn't move. This stuff is amazing I have always had teeth problems and to find something that works were I can eat or drink with no pain I was amazed. Oh and it has really no taste to it and it doesn't make you whole mouth numb either if u have a toothache or just suffer from tooth pain buy this stuff you wont regret it.. I got a small tube but I think im going to get the bigger to just to have in the house

One of the best products I have ever used. I was pain-free within a few days, and the improvement has been truly impressive.
