The tools are strong and I had no problem keeping a nice grip and maintaining control of my movements. I was worried that they’d dull quickly, but they’re still very strong and sharp. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am in love. *by I***S on May 7, 2019* I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the tools were to work with. And very sharp, watch your fingers. I do many crafts and decided to try wood carving. I had some drift wood and basically just doodled...I did well I think. Great value and a quality for a novice in this craft. I totally love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Some of them a bit dull. *by M***M on March 19, 2019* I purchased these for carving out letterbox stamps, and some of them, especially the U-shaped ones, are a bit dull on the sides. Overall, they're a bit too big for my purposes, but the selection is nice, the quality is decent. I had my 9 year old don a cut-proof glove and try her hand at carving speedball (rubber, not wood). For an adult, I think is obvious that you don't carve in a gouging manner, but it's not quite obvious for a child. My 9 year old is in the 97% for height and her hands are quite long, even still, these were slightly too long to fit completely comfortably in her hand, but were fine in mine.
