Love this toner! I couldn’t find it anywhere anymore when I ran out ; luckily, Amazon carried it! It does the job & isn’t as “drying “ to your face & neck as other toners.

actually comforting for dry skin
I do actually find this toner comforting for a very dry skin, and use it on my face as a lotion in summer, under a moisturizer in winter. It goes a long way even for a person with really dry skin, and does not pill up under another moisturizer. I don't know how it would work under makeup because I don't wear that.

My new favorite have already bought my back up bottles so I don’t run out. I don’t use anything to put it on. Just put it in my hand after I shake it and put it on my face.
