A very nice chai. A decent alternative to Twinings Spicy Chai
I was disappointed that twinings decided to stop making spicy chai, and I found their new chai to not be as good quality, it was too clovey. I have tried many new chai teas to try and find a good alternative and this is the one i have settled on. It isn't overpowered by spice, it's a lovely mix of black tea and the spices that make it masala chai. The blend is just right making it a tea that can drank at all times throughout the day. I drink an obscene amount of tea, a box of 100 lasts around 4 days so it's good to be able to find a tea i can order in bulk and know I'll enjoy what I brew. It's not twinings spicy chai, but it's a very good alternative.

Disappointed. Personal taste.
Not to my personal taste. Purchased this, as my usual Tea India Masala Chai was not available and hoped this would be at least comparable, but it's really not a great flavour to me, less of a kick - which some people may prefer. Will try another company in future for Masala Chai if Tea India's not available. Nothing wrong with this tea, but somewhat disappointed my taste buds.

Too light for taste but fragrant blend
As a native chai drinker, this blend is very light. I had to put 2 sachets for a standard mug. Would be better if there were more tea in each sachet as it is far too little for what it's worth. My actual rating is 2.5/5 but gave it 3 as the blend is fragrant.
