We have extra wide window sills in our old stone building. They are about 14" wide. Will the hooks fit over that width? Thank you

will this ladder work on second story deck rails which are only 2 inches wide

I would not trust it to work on a rail only 2 inches wide. However, if you know any young guys - 17-21 y/o - they will do almost anything on a dare! Have one of them try it out in a non-emergency scenario. If this young lad survives, then you know you are probably okay. But seriously, I'd have to have a trial run done, before I would depend on with my life (or someone else's.) Hope this helps.

It states one-time use only, but in the same note states the product should be tested and practiced. But how if it's one-time use?
