No89 Black Sheep, Desert Rose Adenium Obesum, Mature Plant, New Hybrid, New Arrival, Very-Rare, Limited Quantities!! New-New-New!!!

Bought 2 of these plants and they arrived on May 17th. Took a little over 3 months for the blooms to come in on one, the other still has no blooms. 3.stars as the color is not exactly as advertised. Supposed to be dark purple but it's petals are a mixture of red and purple. See color sample on tag on lower left of plant. Kinda bummed about that :/ waiting to see if the blooms on the 2nd plant is the same.

This is a beautiful red and black bloom. This is the first bloom after more than 2 years. I was loosing faith but yesterday the blossom popped open (16 July 2023). Not the color advertised but very beautiful. I docked it 1 star for wrong color.

Plant arrived healthy and grew well, but the flowers are a weird, blotchy mix of red, dark red, and purple. It's not the most attractive color and I'll probably give the plant away. Color is definitely not as advertised.

Roots came safely wrapped up. I had no issues regarding the healthiness of the root. See pics. I just potted it yesterday (19/28) though it might be too early to tell if it takes, but so far everything is good.Update:I received mine on 10/28/2019 (1st pic) I planted it right away per the instructions that came with the plant.1/6/2020 Leaf buds appeared. (2 pic)1/19/2020 Leaves began to unfurl.As of today, 2/24/2020 I have the beginnings of a lovely plant.I did grow this in natural sunlight w/supplemented grow lights. It does take awhile but be patient. I would recommend this seller and I most likely will but more soon.

I ordered this plant because of the color as advertised; it took almost a year for me to find out the true color of the plant, a single petal, pink colored desert rose which is the most common color

Died within 5 weeks of delivery. A lot of these young grafted plants and not just mine very quickly develop a mushy bubble under the caudex skin 1-2 inches below the graft. No cure, they die. Won't buy any more till I know why this happens with a healthy root system and a way to cure it.

Can't say anything right now, it looks ok but no leaves showing up yet.
