Thi supplement works for me give me the energy that I need during the day

I love this stuff. Gives me animal like drive in the gym and the bedroom. Do not use unless you're going to exercise or engage in sexual activity. To take as a fat burner alone I wouldn't recommend. I experience anxiety and rapid heart rate when I take this and don't work out or engage in physical activities with my girl. Also eating is a must, empty stomach is not recommended with this supplement, food will help take the edge off when you first start taking it as well.

If you are utilizing fat as a primary fuel source and strictly monitoring your metrics, be incredibly careful with this stuff. The Flaw: Completely tanked my ketone levels right after introduction, entirely throwing off my active fat-adaptation state. Systemic Impact: Totally ****** up my physical baseline and metabolic equilibrium. Made my stomach uneasy as well. Whatever filler or active synthesis interaction is happening here, it completely compromises a strict metabolic override layout. I absolutely would not recommend this product.

Strong fat burner to use before cardio to hit stubborn fat

I pair this product with organic caffeine (purcaf) and I take both before my workouts. I definitely get a burst in energy without any negatives. No jitters, no crash and more energy than without it. It also tends to give me sustained energy throughout my workouts. Admittedly, I do consume a pre-workout which also contains supplements known to help with sustained energy, such as citrulline malate and beta-alanine. Overall, I like having this additional product in my pre-workout regimen.

It works BUT please make sure you are not prone to anxiety as it caused me severe anxiety and jitters for a month. I had to go through a really tough time in my life. It affected my sleep, vision and mental health. I lost around 9 kgs in two months (used the product for almost three weeks) but had to take antidepressants for two and half weeks to have the anxiety, chest pain and sleep jitters to go away. Please be careful. Not worth it if you are emotionally sensitive (you might not even know if you are). Read the label and consult a doctor first.
