I bought this in Sept. 2020 and it really didn't last a year. Im writing this review way late because I wasn't going to do it at all. So, first off, the cushion completely seperated from the booster within 1st 3 months. Some screws fell out from somewhere then the base cracked. I do not recommend for everyday use. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT unless its for a very short term use

So this works but not like you’d think. They scoot forward and as you move forward it slowly rises. It’s truly helped my husband while his legs were swelled with fluid and was hard to get up

I was not able to use this item because my balance was not good enough. Returned it. It will probably work for someone with more mobility than i have. That is my problem not the seat. The seat works as it should.

My 89 year old father needed this to assist him in getting our of his chair It is lovely, it helps him and he is able to get out of the chair without help!

The upward push is negligible - of no help even at the highest setting (220 lbs) for a 180 lb person

This was a wonderful purchase until today. Bottom cracked and can’t be fixed

this was for my husband who has ALS and needs assistance getting out of his wheelchair- i need it for a trip we are taking in the next couple days and will not have time to replace before we leave.
