Speaker Wire choice is hard task, I spend 5 day to choose consider which One To Buy If you have non standard speakers everything matters, I bought 14 gauge cable for my Sony Pascal speakers this ones from 2003 cost back then for me 580 $ This speakers have amazing specs 120 hz Up to 70 KHZ (2003 This was a time Sony wanted Really produce something unique something that impress people & push forward SACD ( Super Audio CD Format back then it was just arrived ) I love clarity depth dynamics tweeters of this speakers they just amazing. But As always they were issue Speaker cable purchased in 2003 I couldn't find anywhere this cable was pure copper (ofc) with high strand count nowadays every speaker cable comes ( yes gouge is there but strands just to thick ) high strands couldn't feed tweeters effectively on my speakers highs just was garbage not good with 14 gauge 16 gauge cable doesn't mattered tweeters doesn't sound the same only remedy for me was keep this cable which I purchased back in 2003 even for new installation they were short I just forced keep speakers close to receiver. Yes i spent lots of time for search is perfect speaker wire I'm so happy today I found it. It is Knue Konzeptz 16 gauge speaker wire this cable have pure copper (OFC) PLUS + Bonus amazing shielding also thin pure copper strands. Today testing this cable even sounded better than unique cable I purchased back in 2003 it added more 4 db Loudness to my system clarity dynamics most important ability 70 khz tweeters sounds amazing Sax trumpets sounds so clear so mesmerizing ( This speakers also have neodymium magnets ) they sounds so good with Jazz Acoustic Records from SACD, DSD Files. Search Is Over Today I just impressed with quality of this cables even shielding so unique it is rubbery feel stripes easy even without special equipment ( I used just paper cutter didn't cut even 1 strand ) so flexible snuggly fits banana plugs. It is like designed for Banana Plugs. Sounds Good This is best Speaker cable I've come across. Don't hesitate buy this cable you won't regret it working with it like a charm easy without any fuss. Yes it has one minor little issue Black positive wire marking on blue cable hardly visible. But this wasn't any issue for me ( Cable also has gauge branding marking in same positive wire which is clearly marked with white ink use this writing as positive wire if you can't discern black line). Overall 5 Star product it will be unfair for little caveat drop a rating so I didn't also this issue have smart quick resolve stated above.

KnuKonceptz speaker wire is A+ high-quality and flexible copper wire. The rubber jacket on these is soft touch yet thick and sturdy. Very easy to work with and definitely seems like it will stand the test of time. Having used a few other KnuKonceptz products recently too, I've always been impressed with their build quality and value for the money. When building a new car audio system, I wanted to ensure the new speaker wires I used were top-notch to avoid any unnecessary signal pollution or unwarranted kinks in the wire during install. Comparing these 16 awg wires to other cheaper 16 awg speaker wire remnants I had laying around the garage, I can confidently say these KnuKonceptz wires were the BEST both in terms of copper wire thickness, quantity, pliability, rubber jacket quality, and overall build quality. Even the printing of the wire details along the outside of the wire itself is higher quality than the others! The dual wires are held together firmly to avoid splitting unnecessarily, yet were easy enough to split after carefully using a blade to separate them. 100% recommend these for any car audio needs! I have wired a lot of high-end car stereo systems over the last 25 years. When it comes to delivering your power from your amps I've always used high-end, name brand power and speaker wire. A couple years ago I had an occasion to wire some surround sound home speakers with material that I hadn't used before since I had run out of my old Stinger 16ga speaker wire. I tried this stuff out and was really impressed - First off, the KnuKonceptz speaker cable seemed to match the gauge of the high end cable. Anyone that's worked extensively and exclusively with high end cabling for some time will tell you, when you grab ordinary wire you're dismayed at the gauge size. That's only because this big names brands in car stereo have been over sizing their wiring for decades. Second, this speaker cable was extremely finely stranded. This isn't something that just makes the cable more flexible, the increased circular mils actually enable the wire to carry more current than wire of the same gauge with fewer strands. Third, the jacket of the cable was very pliable. Something that plastic or PVC jacketed cable cannot claim. Yes, the finely stranded copper also plays a huge part in it's flexibility. But, the jacket allows the cable to bend was easily as it does. Lastly, this is pure oxygen free copper cable, which, probably should have been my first point. This is not the cheap copper clad aluminum cable that so many companies are trying to sell now and the jacket and manufacturing process keep the copper away from oxygen so it will not tarnish and will remain conducive for your connections. All in all, I will happily buy this product so long as they continue to produce it at this reasonable cost!

I haven't A/B'd it against another cable but so far our powered speakers sound great. The speaker wire has a very flexible sheathing and was easy to work with. One note that many reviews have mentioned: There IS a black line on one side of the cable which differentiates the two sides (so you can match up positive and negative terminals). It is a bit hard to see in certain light since the black line is against the blue color but it is there throughout the entire length.

So many speaker wire products make us exhaust ourselves with the which is which. Which is negative? This wire is at the top of that pack. The black stripe on the negative side is nearly invisible. It's good wire, but do yourself a favor and get it in the red/black formation. Save a headache.

100% COPPER WIRE that is HIGH QUALITY and is very soft and bendable. GREAT PRODUCT! I bought this for use in a car audio system I just installed and I compared it to 3 other 16 gauge wires from several other companies and this is the best by far. The insulation is very pliable and bends and conforms to your car without any kinks or issues. Here's my take on the wire: PRO: -very pliable -great looking blue insulation -wire's are 16 gauge or larger -100% copper -cheap price compared to Best Buy wire CONs: -the black negative stripe is very hard to see -did not come on a spool but just rolled up in a plastic bag with twist ties

Great speaker wire. Insulation is very soft and pliable. Just add some braid, cable pants, heat shrink and plugs and you'll have a quality cable at a fraction of the cost.

Been using these for over a year now and have been impressed. Sound quality is great and the flexibility of the cable is super handy. Bought more as the new layout has some longer runs needed and ended up soldering some of my old lengths together to reach. They soldered well and I still don't notice any degradation in audio quality. I saw in the posting that they have a black mark down one side of the cable, but I couldn't see it on the product. They do have white writing on one side every foot and a bit, but its not ideal, especially if using speaker stands or running through channeling and only being able to see the very end. Used a multi-meter with continuity testing to verify I had the correct ends matching.

Great quality cable for most applications.
