I have only used it for a couple of days. But I'm already seeing my guacamole turning brown. Its hard to know when you have gotten all the air out. It does have good suction. Maybe it just takes time to get it right. It is larger then I expected. We'll make. Not sure about being easy to use. Since the main issue is making sure you get all the air out of the container. I bought four of these last year. Three for Christmas gifts and one for me. It works great. I’ve only used it a couple of times but it absolutely keeps the guacamole fresh, no discoloration overnight. Only rating four stars, however, because the rubber seal already has some sort of tear in it and once it tears all the way through it will be useless. I’d really like a replacement seal. Please let me know how to do that.
