The trick, if you’re not putting it into capsules, is to dump it on your whole tongue, turning on all the tastebuds vs taking it like a shot/throwing it in the back where your bitter tastebuds mostly are, and then chug water. It’s still not good but at least it’s more tart tasting lol. I took this only for hair benefits and did notice reduced hair fall within a week (will update if I notice any grey hair reversing!) but also I have more energy through the day.

I ordered this by mistake as I didn't save the package from the previous order. I use this like a protein treatment on my hair. This product was not ground well into a powder and left seed residue in my hair that flaked onto my clothes. If using for a hair product, then get the powder that is food graded for smoothies and such and not this.

I'm embarking on an extensive detox and healing protocol using many supplements, herbs, diet and rebounding, so I can't say for sure, but since taking this every morning (about 1 tsp) in water with a chlorophyll powder, minerals and liver herbs, I am amazed at how much more energy I have, but not hyper energy like from caffeine, just well being energy pretty awesome
