Great option
Great value. I use these to add fiber and omega 3 to smoothies, overnight oats, etc. I prefer the golden flax due to its lighter flavor.

It's perfectly fine almond flour, buy from Anthony's direct if possible though.
Wish they sold this at my local grocery store. I hate having to use Amazon as my pantry supplier. That said, the product is fine. You can order direct from Anthony's buy you'll pay shipping. I usually do that but their website was out of this at the time.

Don’t use this brand
I’ve been using flax seeds for years. This is the first time I have ever tried this brand of flax (but have used many items from this brand before). These are easily the worst flax seeds I have ever purchased. They smell foul, rancid, even have an awful aftertaste. I would avoid this brand for my flax seed purchases. Far better options, I received a refund. These will be trashed.
