Works Amazingly!
I’ve been using the Tuni E2 Espresso Machine for a bit now, and overall I’m really impressed with what it offers for the price point. It’s a solid option for someone who wants to make café-style drinks at home without diving into overly complicated equipment. The first thing I noticed was the design—it looks sleek and modern, and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. Setup was straightforward, and I was able to start pulling shots pretty quickly. The controls are simple enough for beginners but still give you enough flexibility to dial things in once you get more comfortable. It comes with everything you'll need to start making great latte's. In terms of performance, the espresso quality is surprisingly good. With a decent grind and fresh beans, I’ve been able to get a rich crema and a strong, smooth flavor. The steam wand also does a nice job for milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, although it takes a little practice to get perfect microfoam. One thing that really stands out is the build quality. The stainless steel construction gives it a durable, high-quality feel that you don’t always find at this price point. It feels sturdy on the counter and adds to the overall polished look of the machine. For anyone looking to get into home espresso without spending a fortune, I think the Tuni E2 is a great choice. It strikes a nice balance between ease of use, performance, and affordability. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it to beginners or casual coffee lovers who want to step up their home brewing game.

Impressive design and well-considered details for the price
Needed a super-compact espresso machine for a tiny studio kitchenette. Bought the E2 machine and G1 grinder in white to match kitchen decor. Pros: - tiny footprint. Fits' easily in a 12" area of countertop between my fridge and stove. - quick warmup time - suction cups - the machine is really light and will slide around when you try to insert/remove portafilter. The suction cups help a lot - manometer - good enough to tell you if you're in ideal pressure zone for extraction - high quality portafilter with multiple options, including a pressurized option - sturdy feeling in the hand. I love the rubber grips on the bottom so it doesn't slide when you tamp it. - relatively quiet - adequate steam pressure for milk frothing Cons: - if you double-tap the steam button, it's supposed to dispense hot water. It does, but at a trickle, not a stream. So even making an americano takes a while. - no solenoid - it drips slowly after the shot and often has a soggy puck, but at this price point that's probably acceptable Why trust me? - My home setup is a dual boiler machine, and I've used everything from Aeropress, French Press, stovetop moka pots, Breville Barista Express, pourover, etc. - I know how to dial in a shot and after a few tries with the E2/G1 combo am confident I can get decent espresso / latte out of this. Be sure to use good, fresh beans. Take the time to dial in the grind size and tamp. Overall: 4 stars (minus 1 star for hot water, no solenoid valve - neither are dealbreakers for me)

A well made and inexpensive espresso machine!
This is the most bang-for-the buck in an espresso machine I’ve found. With the companion G1 grinder, I’ve made hundreds of Americanos and lattes over the past four months. This is a simple, but full feature machine with dual boilers and electronic temperature control provides quick turn on while the steam wand froths milk to150 degrees in about 45 seconds. Since it doesn’t have a solenoid valve to shut off the coffee flow after extraction, I use a paper towel to absorb the overflow before removing the portafilter. There’s a learning curve, but this machine works. BTW, you really need to learn how dosage and brew time affect the taste. YouTube is great for this.

Does microplastic in your espresso sound good?
I originally purchased this machine because Tuni advertises it as having a “plastic free” brewing process. But that is clearly a big fat lie! There is a plastic component behind the brew head that comes into contact with hot water, making the espresso into an endocrine disrupting microplastic-filled drink — as you may already know, when hot water comes into contact with plastic, the plastic leeches into the water, the same water used to make the espresso. I returned this machine as soon as I discovered the plastic component behind the brew head, because I don’t want micro-plastics in my espresso! Tuni is basically able to lie about this whole issue by claiming the plastic components don’t touch the hot “brew water”, or are not in the “brew path” which is the point at which the hot water comes through the metal brew head into the espresso. They don’t mention that plastic comes into contact with the hot water BEFORE it’s technically “brew water.” Sheerly through clever rewording (“brew water” vs hot water) Tuni is able to imply that there’s no plastic getting into the espresso drinks this machine makes — which again, is a lie.

Great for the price
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tuni E2 Espresso Machine – Great First Impression I started using the Tuni E2 today and I’m very impressed. It makes real espresso with rich flavor and good crema from the first shots. The machine feels solid, heats up quickly, and is easy to use. With a good grinder and scale, it’s easy to dial in great results. The steam wand works well and produces good milk texture with a little practice. Overall, the Tuni E2 offers excellent value for the price and is a great choice for home espresso lovers. The coffee taste solid

Excellent Build Quality!
I've just set it up and am only starting to dial in the espresso shots, but so far this machine is very impressive. When opening the box, it's immediately obvious that this machine and accessories have excellent build quality. The portafilter is a work of art. I've owned both a Gaggia semi automatic machine and a Gaggia super automatic machine and the quality of this Tuni machine far exceeds both of them. Preheat time is very quick, only about 30 seconds. After that, getting it ready to pull the first shot is just a matter of running hot water through the steam wand and brew head for a few seconds. I'm using a hand grinder right now that evidently has some very fine grind settings because my first shot wouldn't even push water through the puck but after adjusting the grind size, I was quickly getting very tasty shots. They're not perfect yet because my grinder can't be dialed in very precisely so I'll probably end up ordering the Tuni G1 grinder as well. The machine produces plenty of steam to froth milk and produce perfect microfoam, and you can steam immediately after pulling a shot because of the dual boiler setup. You don't even have to let water come out of the wand first before stream is available, the steam is available as soon as you push the button. I haven't seen any other machine that even comes close to competing with the Tuni at this price point.

I had high hopes..will look elsewhere
Real review here from a hobbyist at home barista, not a professional. I own a name brand machine that was $1500+ and wanted a budget machine exclusively for decaf. This product is being returned for the following reasons: 1. The main reason I chose this machine was one is the video reviews that was thorough and compared the quality of espresso to his “$3k machines” using his Niche grinder. After ordering I discussed the same reviewer on YouTube promoting this machine in the TuniUSA YouTube channel, meaning the reviewer actually works for Tuni. 2. The machine doesn’t have the back flow function (not sure what the exact term is called) so water stays in the puck and just continues a slow drop until it’s removed. This creates a gross wet puck that never removed clearly and it drips coffee until you remove it. This just creates a nasty mess and alot more coffee drip cleanup later. 3. Shot quality - I was able to get a few decent shots out of this machine..it is capable. However; it is VERY inconsistent. For example, using a fresh Stumtown bean and my Breville smart grinder at setting 8, I was able to pull a beautiful 18g in and 40 gram out shot with nice crema and the pressure gauge was in the ideal range. I was excited that I finally had it dialed in! Wrong! I tried two more shots ..same bean; same grinder, same grind setting and FAIL. The next two shots would brew for about 5 second and redline the gauge and just shut down. I don’t understand how it could go from making a great shot to making no shot at all with the same variables. If I had to guess; the unit is defective or the motor just overheats making one good shot and needs to rest several minutes before attempting to pull another? 4. Portafilter - I was super excited to see this bad boy comes with a 58mm head, but too bad it’s some sort of non common head that is mot easily replaceable without using the Tuni brand. I have not come across any decent machines that do this. The portafilter itself is a good quality but I don’t like not being able to use any of my existing 58mm accessories. Overall; I think the main thing I liked about this machine was the packaging and the tamper haha.

Very nice compact espresso machine
I have had the Tuni E2 Espresso machine now for about 3 weeks. I gave it a good run through to make sure it was up to snuff - and it is a nice machine! Compact size and nice design/colors. It is solidly built and does not seem cheap. I get a good production of crema and the frother works nicely. Perfect for my small kitchen. There is no built-in coffee grinder, so that may be a consideration for some. There was a little bit of a learning curve when working with a new machine, but I don't think it would be any different that any machine.

Buena calidad y practicidad
