Great neck, shoulder, and upper back massager! I bought this as a gift for my husband and then it quickly became OUR gift lol. I’d been dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder pain from sleep discomfort & nursing my baby and this has helped me find relief. My husband likes to use it for workout soreness or after a long workday. This massager can be worn like a backpack or you can place it where you want and tug on the loops to adjust for comfort. Also comes with different pressure and heat settings. Doesn’t take long to charge and stays charged for a while. We’re really happy with this purchase.

Massager worked I just need harder compression refunded was given

Had this for approximately 6 months and it's already lost its battery life. After leaving it charged for at least 4=5 hours, it only lasts about 5-10 minutes before shutting off and any attempts to restart even after a rest period, it shuts back off immediately. Further, the massager itself leaves a lot to be desired. It's difficult to get it in the right position and the massaging arms and motion don't really get the right spots. Very dissapointed in this purchase.

It actually feels like someone is giving you a massage. My spasms get real bad, well worth the money.

Battery don’t last 1 min we had to return it

Apart from performance the appearance of a product also matters. I have ordered for black colour but received white. Seller should confined to the exact item as shown in ad. This is disappointing.

The device didn’t work at all. Worked for one time and then checked again after a week and it stopped working completely. It doesn’t even charge. It’s not even been a month. Please take this back and send a functional one. Or return my money.
