My initial review was a 1-star:The zippers are glued, not stitched. That means you can't ever fill the thing up or get it wet. Less than a year later, the bag I use most frequently fell apart. I'm not a business traveler, I've taken this on maybe 5-6 trips total. By comparison, my former packing bag lasted TEN YEARS! Why? Because the zippers were stitched, not just glued.However, after this posted, the company got back to me within 24 hours with an explanation (there appeared to be a defective batch), as well as a set of replacement bags AND a full refund on the purchase. I haven't yet test-driven the new ones, and of course, durability is a test of time. But I think it's fair for the time being (and hopefully for good!) to up this review based on the customer service and the company's apparent commitment to standing by their products.

I found these bags while looking for handy organizers for an upcoming cruise. You are living in a tight space for many days and organization is key. These bags are really good quality, heavy duty, pliable plastic which you can stuff with all sorts of travel size items. They are great for your carry-on and for items that go through security. They are a handy size to go from suitcase to purse also. They were perfect to take to the beach, though they are not waterproof, they are splash proof and kept the sand out. I shared my bags with my daughter so with the different color zippers it's easy to tell apart at a glance. The zippers work great but I didn't overstuff. Thank you GoToBag for a great quality product that fit my needs.

A heads up to prospective purchasers. These bags may be fine in warm weather, or indoors, but I intended them for use in my vehicle. As the temperature drops the bags become stiff and rigid. Hard to work with. Switched to fabric bags instead. They have no such issue in the cold. By 'cold' I mean just above freezing. I would imagine that at -20 they'll be impossible to open.

If I could give these bags zero stars I would. First bag's zipper broke one week after I got it, second large bags zipper came apart from the bag one month from when I got the bags. I thought, no big deal, I'll just glue it back. Two days after I glued it back on, the zipper broke. Today, as I packed the small bag,the only bag still usable, the zipper came off. I wasn't even zipping it up. All I had put in the bag were 3 iPhone cables and a set of small iPhone ear buds and I looked down and there was the zipper. Absolute garbage.

I've ordered several of these to organize my handbag, which is closer to a day pack and quite a harsh environment. I love the gusseted ones because they stand on end either vertically and horizontally. What's really lovely is you can nest them (particularly w/the non-gusseted ones), so even though I'm carrying 8 right now, I have a total of 3 packs and of which I can quickly grab. Makes swapping handbags a breeze. It's true this product is not going to survive anything you can throw at it, but given the price and consistently getting 5 years before they start to show wear, I'm fine w/it and consider them a great deal.GoToBag's customer service is exemplary. When I needed more of a particular size, they were able to help me out and the speed w/which they turned it around was impressive. Every retail establishment could learn from them. Let them know if you have a problem w/the product. They're responsive and continuing to improve and their line. There could be a reason, so give them a chance to help you out.

These bags are just what I was looking for. I used these to streamline my work backpack and travel luggage. One for electronics, plugs and adapters; another for pens and other office supplies; the third for my travel dop kit.I had one problem with the smaller blue bag in the set and the seller immediately responded and sent out a replacement to me. No hassle and no issue at all. Because of their response, I plan to see what other products they sell so I can go to them in the future.Good product + Good seller = 100%-satisfied customer!!

Wish it was a little cheaper, but it's perfect for packing camera gear into, well-sized zippers with pull and strong stitches all around. Built pretty well compared all the other cheaper bags.

The only complaint I had about these bags was the strong plastic smell that took a long time to go away. I'd suggest ordering them well in advance of when they're actually needed to give them time to air out.Slightly smaller that I expected, but that's not a negative on the product. My perception was off
