I should. I would apply generously at night and then put on a pair of socks.

Yes. I am a long time user. The active ingredient is the key.

Does this work on toe nail fungus?

I don’t know. It might, because it works on other types of fungus, I don’t have a toenail problem. I don’t think it’s advertised for toenail problems so there may be other products more suited for that. Sorry I cannot help you more.

Can i use this cream on my hands

You could but I don't think you would want to. It's thick and a little oily which is great for feet but not really for your hands. It also has an odd odor that you most likely would not like your hands to smell like.
