Pleasantly surprised...
Got wintergreen and I love it. Honestly, I would probably buy these just for the flavor. It lasts a really long time! I don't have a problem with stevia, but some people do. Definitely be aware of that. But, it doesn't have aspartame or phenylalanine. It has xylitol, so... don't give it to your dog. Lol! But, xylitol is good for your teeth. The effect is VERY mild. I'm the kind of person that notices really small changes in my mental state easily, so I DO notice a slight difference. But, most people probably won't feel anything. The dosages of each ingredient are really low. I think that's kinda good, because it leaves room if you want to do more of them. The effects are extremely mild, so keep that in mind as I describe them. I notice a tiny bit of relaxation. Like, not clenching my neck or head muscles quite as much. The only other effect I have noticed is I'm not quite as distracted by squirrel brain while doing tasks. It didn't silence it, like I've experienced with CBD. But, it did turn the volume down on all the background chatter. All the ADHD and neurodivergent people will understand. I'd say it's worth a try for that. I'm not using these to quit nicotine, just to moderate my intake and help with focus. Best of luck to those quitting. Maybe these could help with the ritual aspect of having a pouch, but definitely isn't gonna replace the feel of nicotine. So, don't expect that at all. Pouches are small and comfortable. About the same size as Zyns. I won't complain about the price because these are a luxury item, but obviously they're not cheap. It absolutely won't stop me from buying them again, though.

Recommend 100%
I’ve been using NZE pouches for almost a week now, and they’ve honestly become part of my daily routine. I originally wanted something to help with focus and energy without relying on nicotine, and these have been exactly that. The energy feels clean and steady — no jitters, crash, or anxious feeling afterward. What I like most is the mental clarity and focus they give me during work and long days. They’re convenient, taste good, and don’t leave me feeling drained later like energy drinks sometimes do. It’s also a huge plus that I can get that boost without the negative effects that come with nicotine products. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a cleaner alternative for focus and sustained energy.

Would avoid
Torn on the rating because as a “trying to quit nicotine pouch” it did well on making you want to stop… but more because they’re that bad and don’t even compare as a “trade off” of habits because they’re that unenjoyable. I went through a full can to try and give it a shot. All compared to a zyn… wintergreen to wintergreen Taste - overly sweet, artificial taste at first. Quickly recedes to being bland. Maybe 10-15 minutes. Hard to describe but the pouch itself was scratchier? Just overall maybe a 3/10 Value - horrendous. Have to buy a sleeve for $35. Wish I could’ve tried an individual can instead of wasting $35. One of the larger turnoffs…QC wise it appears to be lacking. One whole can in the trash, there were black dots in it. Another can had several pouches that the crimps on the end were bad with powder close to coming out. Didn’t want to risk them popping open so those went in the trash too. Normally avoid reviews altogether but as someone that was genuinely trying to stop nicotine pouches this was a big fail and would direct your $35 elsewhere.

Good if you are trying to kick a nicotine habit
PROS Helped me quit a 20 year addiction to nicotine. I would recommend for this purpose only. Product taste good and flavor last a long time. Keep in mind: It takes a lot of willpower to quit. This is not a miracle product that will get rid of your nicotine withdrawals/cravings. You can certainly quit without the help of this product. This product could make it easier for you - I felt like it did for me. CONS As far as the nootropics. I never felt any different from using them. Which brings me to the cost...Why do these cost so much? They are 3 times more expensive than the nicotine lozenges that I quit. I can't imagine anyone not suffering from a nicotine addiction paying this amount of money for these pouches. I only purchased this product once for this reason.

Not a viable replacement, doesnt do what its advertised to do
These really didnt help as much as id like. Theres a short “cooling” effect in the mouth thats meant to simulate the hit of a zyn. Unfortunately, energy levels remained about the same, the short burst of coolness on your gum is overwhelmed by a bad aftertaste. They smell good, but poor value. I assume they sell 5 in a pack without the option to try one because they know you may never buy it again. Not very effective as a replacement, great idea, flawed execution, and they dont allow you to try one before buying 5.

Best tobacco alternative I’ve found.
After 20+ years of dipping tobacco, this is only product I’ve found to give me the lasting flavor, mouth feel, and effects I’ve needed to put down tobacco for good and not have the cravings of tobacco. I couldn’t be happier and I’m very thankful for the nicotine free and caffeine free option of the focus.

What a major disappointment..
Wow I can take these, cut nicotine and improve my focus? Well the price tag is about double what I've been paying but what the heck sign me up we'll try it.. Thats what I told myself to justify spending $37 on 75 pouches. Objectively, the flavor to me is like drinking diet cola when you're used to regular cola. I could get by that if it met the claims of improved focus.. it fell flat there too. Just a total dud of a product with no guarantee. Now I'm stuck with 4 and a half cans of this stuff that I wont use because I can't return it. Buyer beware, you're better off spending $8-$9 to try a can at the store because you'll most likely be disappointed.
