They were old and soft.
The cones themselves were soft like they are stale. Not too sure if they are old or what.

Awful and disappointed
Product appeared old or stale. Cones soft and mushy. Very little to no toppings on cone. Ice cream especially chocolate tasted old, sticky thick not creamy.
