I got this because, when I looked up the ingredients and what they say they do, I thought they’d be a good fit for me. This supplement has black walnut, wormwood, goldenseal, neem, ginger, pumpkin, and black pepper in it. So far I haven’t seen much of a difference, but it’s also winter so I’m going to keep going until it’s completely empty before I give my final verdict. That will take a bit because you only take 1 a day and there’s 150 capsules in the bottle. For now, I’m rating it on the size of the capsule, which is on the smaller size when it comes to supplements, the taste, there is none, and the price, which is currently (on Amazon) at $16.99 for 150 capsules. That’s an insanely good price! That works out to be $3.40 a month! If this shows a marked change for me, this will be in my cupboard without fail!
