Love to use these for my migraines and after I get Botox (which is also helping my migraines thankfully even though not the reason I got it done. I ordered a second one because I like this one so much! I love that it covers your forehead as well not just around your eyes. Cause in my forehead and in between my eyebrows is where I feel my migraines begin and this helps ease some of the aura and tummy problems that follow. This is great after botox too it seems to help speed up my bruising time and reduce any redness or splotchyness that seems to follow and is just really comforting. (Consult with your botox provider first tho to see if it’s good for you afterwards and don’t lay down with this on within your first 4 hours post injection) I also recently began having panic attacks more frequently and did some research that cold therapy helps calm your vagus nerve and kinda get you out of the fight or flight feeling and back to your normal. It started with me putting a bag of ice or ice in paper towels on my forehead and chest and I’ve since become a connoisseur if cold therapy and eye masks in general. This eye mask and a soft gel ice pack on my chest is my new go to(it’s one for kids that comes with a soft cover) This is one of my favorite eye masks! I love having two so I always have a back up in case I need a few extra minutes after they start to go warm and soft. It lasts a decent amount of time cold/frozen as well, probably due to having more coverage and space for the gel freezey beads so they stay cold longer since there’s more of them. Would recommend if you deal with migraines, anxiety, post baby botox, and general relaxing.

So I got a black eye when helping my Childs baseball team. This help with swelling and making my head when it hurts. it cold in the cold very well. I love the two sids one side is colder then the other and it help when I don't need so much cold. it fits I still have room to go bigger if I need to cuz of my hair. its made well and im happy.

These masks are amazing. There’s nothing better than on a hot, humid night throwing these on and chilling. Makes my skin feel amazing and the fabric is lovely. Only legit complaint is that they don’t stay cold for long.. I find treat in 20 minutes I’m flipping it over to the plastic side to get any effect. Then after 10 minutes of that it needs to go back into the freezer… but honestly that 30 minutes is lovely and I’d still say these are worth your time.

I use this for the cooling effects so I can’t attest to the warming benefits. I am very prone to sinus headaches, tension headaches and migraines so this has come in handy in that I can just strap it to my head. Now, I do have a bigger nose so the opening for the nose is slightly uncomfortable and the openings for the eyes, for me at least, are slightly awkward in that I have to turn my head slightly so I can see better and focus out of one eye predominately. Despite that slight inconvenience this mask has already been helpful. It has a soft underside so the ice pack isn’t in direct contact causing any damage or becoming unbearable at all and as it thaws I can also just flip it over to continue to benefit from the coolness remaining (flipping from soft side to plastic side). The strap is adjustable and not overbearing which is another plus.

So I realized that this really isn't washable because I think when I did it somehow got soap inside of it. I don't really understand why because whatever is inside doesn't come out so idk. Aside from that I think it is kind of weird that the put this fuzzy layer on one side which I think is supposed to go on your face. But the problem with that is that it's too warm and I can't feel the cold from the frozen mask on my face, which totally defeats the purpose. So I usually put the plastic side against my face, which is fine, and it's nice and cold. However, I would have preferred if it stayed colder a lot longer than it does. I would say it stays cold maybe ten minutes. Which is ok, but sometimes I just want to freeze my whole face because I'm hot and it feels good. That's hard to do when the icepack thing i'm trying to use doesn't stay cold. The other thing is, I will usually wash my face, then use toner, serum, face cream, eye cream, and then put this on. My face is I guess still hot from all of this and then I put the mask on and it makes my face sweat and it kind of feels like I'm sweating off the stuff I just put on. So after it isn't cold any more I will take it off and just kind of... rub in and massage my face a little bit. I'm not sure if I should do that because I feel like I'm rubbing sweat back into my face but this is the best solution I could come up with.

felt nice but i didn’t love it. however, my mother ADORES this mask for her migraines.

I like this so much I ordered another. The only down side is I wish it sat a little closer to my eye so it felt like it was cooling directly under my eye but that just might be the spacing on my own face and I just move the mask up a bit. It stays cold for so long which is great, but I do keep mine in the freezer I haven’t tried putting it in just the fridge. It’s been great for general puffiness but was amazing when I had a horrific sinus infection!!! I highly recommend this product. Only down side is the headband is Velcro and can catch your hair if you aren’t paying attention when you close it.

Which part of the ice mask should be on your face? The cold part or a warm fuzzy velvet-like material? What you just answered, the designers answered that question the other way. The nose hole is too small for a nose to fit through. Not the best choice. Also, whatever they have inside, it doesn’t melt easily. And that sounds good at first, but it really doesn’t melt. You know that thing where you wrap the ice mask around your face? Literally the whole reason for buying the product? Yeah, it takes twenty minutes to melt enough to do that. Don’t buy this.
