Plantar Fasciitis Relief Insoles with PORON for Men and Women

I bought my first pair of these a few months ago and they work really well with my feet. They have a good solid supportive arch that gave me almost immediate relief with my plantar fasciitis. They fit perfectly in my shoes and I didn't have to do anything to them for them to fit. They feel very good when I'm wearing them, especially in the heel area where this is a nice rubber padded area. They appear to be quite durable. I bought a second pair, but that was only so I didn't have to switch them from shoe to shoe. The original pair are still in great shape, and I feel like they should last a long time. These insoles are okay. They feel good to wear in short spurts but I cant wear them for long periods of time. I stand all day at work and cant wear them there but running to the store or out for dinner they work fine

I ordered a size XS and it fit good as a woman’s 7 1/2 and these are really comfortable in my sneakers. They provide great cushioning and are helpful with the planner fasciitis.

I bought this insole in October 2025 mainly for my plantar fasciitis. At that time my heel pain was really bothering me, especially when walking inside the house. Now it’s been around 8 months of use, and I can honestly say my plantar fasciitis is more better. I use this almost every day inside my shoes at home, basically all day except sleeping time. What I really like is the heel part still feels soft even after long use. It didn’t become flat or hard. It still gives that cushion support to my heel which helped me a lot. The size was a little big when I got it, but that was not an issue. I just cut it as per my foot size and it fit perfectly and it is very easy to cut also. For me this worked much better than other things I tried before. Good quality, long lasting, and really helpful for heel pain especially no odor. Overall I feel very satisfied. If you have plantar fasciitis like me, this is worth trying.
