Some of these reviews are making me laugh. The people complaining about the unflavored one... yes, of course it still tastes like something. Each ingredient has a natural flavor, they aren't removing that for you hahaha. The unflavored is simply not flavored with add ins. If you wanted it to taste good... you should have bought a flavored one lmao. Either way, with that being said... i just add my scoop to a couple ounces of water, mix and chug. Immediately followed by a tall glass of water. It does help me feel lighter and fresher. I don't know about appetite suppressant as I'm a light eater to begin with.

I absolutely love this supplement!! I was getting the flavored version, but I honestly was getting so tired of the flavor and having to drink it straight. This tasteless version is so much better and you can put it in so many more things mixes great into my coffee gives me a little extra energy easy to mix. You can’t find this in any of the stores Amazon for the win on this one!

Fabulous product. Helps keep me flowing and since it doesn’t have a strong flavor I can add it to anything. I’m honestly not sure I’d say it’s a flavor at all. I did add it to water to test the non flavor part and I could taste something but nothing bad or overwhelming just a hint of something.

Unflavored is not. It has an awful after taste and makes coffee clumsy. I asked CS and they told me let the hot coffee cool down and add it. We'll then I'm not not drinking hot coffee. Just does not mix in well

Have been using for about a week. Have had no issues with bloating or gas. I bought the unflavored one. Not sure what others are referencing but it has zero taste. I put it in my hot black coffee and can’t tell it’s in there. Mixes well and completely flavorless.

I think this stuff is okay! While it’s unflavored, meaning there isn’t any flavor added to it, it’s still got an off putting taste to me. It’s not terrible but it lingers and I really don’t like that. Otherwise, it dissolved pretty well in cold water, hot beverages were different though. If you add it to something hot, add it slowly until each little bit is dissolved, otherwise it will clump and be nearly impossible to stir in. It did help regulate me though and the collagen is an added plus. Overall, if you can get past the little bit of taste that sticks around, I’d say give it a try! Maybe try diluting it with more water? Oh and the taste I mentioned, was after putting in more mio (flavored drink mix) then I normally care for, I was just really hoping to mask the taste!

Great: mixability, dissolubility, effectiveness taste, and cute packaging. Con: not enough product for what you pay for.

Dissolves well. Great to add into soups, coffee, or iced tea. Does not have any flavor interference with other items. I used it to add into smoothies and didn't want to add any extra flavors.
