Good value. Highly Absorbent dressing for a heavy draining wound. Sticks well to the skin. Resticks easy if you have to peel it up. It leaks with heavy heavy draining wounds if there is a wrinkle In the border; Just make sure the border is stuck flush to the skin and it holds up well. These are silicone dressings. The entire surface is sticky on the skin. It is foamy and cushioning and adds some padding. I really like this dressing and recommend for a wound that needs extra padding or is draining alot. I have ordered multiple times for personal use but use these often at work as a wound nurse. Highly recommen

I purchased these 4x4 silicone foam dressings for home wound care, and they’ve been very dependable. The gentle adhesive border sticks well without being overly aggressive on the skin. It stays in place during movement but removes without causing irritation. The 4x4 size provides good coverage for pressure areas, bed sores, or moderate-sized wounds. The foam center is super absorbent and helps manage moisture effectively. It keeps the area cushioned and protected while still allowing the skin to breathe. The waterproof backing is helpful for light washing or daily activity without worrying about immediate saturation. They conform nicely to the skin and don’t bunch up easily. Each dressing is individually packaged, which keeps them sanitary and easy to store. If I had to suggest one improvement, I’d say including clear application instructions inside the box would help first-time users. Overall, these are comfortable, high-absorbency foam dressings that provide reliable protection and support during wound care. A solid option to have on hand for home use.

Absorbent, only the edges stick. My would care nurse recommended. Works better than the ones I get from the doctor’s office and insurance company.

These bandages are great. Just like the ones they use in the hospital. They stay in place without peeling your skin off on removal. I will definitely be buying more of these. I use them for my elderly father for skin tears and chronic wounds.

This is my second order of these. The first set was great, great adhesion. The second batch, not quite as adhesive, starts to kinda peel off. Also, there were tiny bugs inside the box! Not sure what type of bugs, I decided to keep them though because they are individually sealed. Hopefully it wasn’t something like bedbugs.

I have been using these Band-Aids since June after I had surgery and they worked perfectly! No matter what you do they won’t fall off!!!!

These are excellent alternatives to the more expensive Molnlycke Mepilex Border dressings that also include a sticky white area. ZMZPA uses a medical-grade silicone adhesive and fluid-absorbing core (it won't stick to the wound despite those who think otherwise). I have used the Mepilex (much more expensive) and the ZMZPA brand and to me they are interchangeable and work well for diabetics as well. These can usually stay on the wound for several days. On a very severe wound, I used this ZMZPA Silicone Foam Dressing over the 2"x2" Carbou Medical Xeroform Petrolatum Dressing with 3% Bismuth Tribromophenate and Petroleum
