I work 12+ hours on my feet with plantar fasciitis and I have scoliosis with pinched nerves in my lower back that cause my knees to give out occasionally. The slip resistance on these slippers makes me feel safer and they are so easy to put on at the end of a long day when my feet are swollen thanks to the adjustable strap. I will definitely be buying another pair. I ordered "recommended" size for another pair ( suede ) which is bigger than what I would normally wear but still smaller than these 8 vs. 8.5. Worth a try.
