I started using this allulose mainly for my coffee and baking, and it’s been a pretty easy swap for regular sugar. It dissolves well in hot drinks and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste, which I was worried about at first. In baking, it behaves more like sugar than some other substitutes I’ve tried, especially in lighter recipes. The sweetness feels natural, not too intense. It is a bit less sweet than regular sugar, so I sometimes need a little more than expected. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want a low calorie sweetener that still feels close to real sugar.

This not only does not Spike your glucose, it actually reduces it. And, it has a neutral taste. It's not incredibly sweet, but doesn't have an aftertaste. It's my absolute favorite, and I buy it frequently. Teas, smoothies, gravies and sauces, and even bake with it.

Ive never tried a sweetener that didn’t have a weird aftertaste. Even natural tastes have a distracting off taste. This tastes almost just like sugar. It requires a little more per servings than sugar for accurate sweetness. Ive read that it’s pretty healthy also

Not as sweet as sugar or sucralose but good. No bitterness or aftertaste detected.

Is rated as best tasting sugar substitute, however I find it to be nearly tasteless. Bought it for hot tea to replace the teaspoon of sugar I have been using, but I am not impressed!

Use this vs regular sugar. Works well, same texture of sugar, more expensive than regular sugar, better health benefit option for those looking for an alternative. 1:1 ratio but seems sweeter, use for coffee, cooking etc

I can't recommend any allulose product. Allulose can cause you serious digestive issues where you need a bathroom immediately. It's less sweet than sugar but it does have good taste in my coffee and iced tea. Not really any after taste either. It dissolves just like sugar and you use it TBS for TBS. I have not tried it in baking. It is expensive compared to other sweeteners but I think for some people who don't have the digestive issues it might be beneficial. I have researched Allulose and it seems to be the least processed with chemicals because it uses enzymes to extract the sweetness. Initially, I was going to give one star because of my digestive issue but it does what it's supposed to do and is described accurately so I changed it to 4 stars. The digestive issue is my issue, not the brand or sellers.
