Good bed, reasonable price and great customer service
Ordered the bed which had a 3 to 4 day delivery time. McCarthy apologised they could not actually manage that time that week because the factory was closed. They did say they could deliver the next week (about 4 days later) but I could cancel my order if I wanted. I went ahead and it was delivered on time, as promised, assembled and instructed on how it operated. I am giving 5 stars even if it was a bit late because of the excellent customer service and communication. Just how good and robust the bed will be we will only know over time but so far so good.

Excellent service in all areas
Bed arrived later than the expexted date but only by a few days...excellent comfortable well made bed and matress...customer service very helpful and polite as was the delivery men...100% marks all round..thankyou
