Provides good relief & stick very well
Very good & effective combined with Dr. Scholl’s shoes inserts & massager to fix foot pain. Provides good relief & it sticks very well to the foot. You can put it sock on it to keep it undisturbed for a longer. Easy to apply, just stretch it in the middle for the film to break it in half, take it off 1/2, apply it & remove the other half of the film to finish it putting it on the desired section of your foot.

Took so long to arrive. No relief and the patches did not stick.

They have been a game changer for me.
I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for years and the trick is to not give up, but try things until you find what works or at least helps for you. For me these patches fit right onto my arch, where I still have pain and I put them on at night and they do wonders. I get the patches are hard to keep in place when walking, so you can use roll on Dr. Scholls for daytime or find some wrapping to hold them in place. There is something about the delivery of the concentration of medication in the patches that takes it next level.

Great for Overnight Recovery!
After two days of trying them while awake, I tried one when I slept and WOW! This is the way to do it. Use your night splint (or wear shoes, or do whatever it is you do to keep your foot properly angled while you sleep) along with the patch. I woke up and walked with no pain for the first time in years. Yes, some pain crept back over the course of the day, but it was nothing like it had been previously. I'm doing a second overnight tonight and have high hope for tomorrow morning. I ordered another box because I want to have these available after my big walking days. I will note that I used tape to secure the edges. I can be twitchy when I sleep and I didn't want to lose the patch.

Really helpful and work amazing for sore tired feet.
These are amazing and work really well. I started clinicals at the hospital and have been on my feet WAY more than normal, and no matter what shoes I wear my feet are soooo sore at the end of the day/or week. These help immediately and can be worn for a long time. They really help sore feet.
