The rack divider includes a plastic base, 2 stainless racks and a number of plastic racks. Everything works great, however, the quality is lacking. One of the stainless racks started to rust after the first use. Additionally, after the second use, on one of the stainless racks, some of the vertical supports separated from the frame. Disappointing

This is a great idea. Sous Viding steaks or chops you put them in the bags, seal the tops and slip them into the slots in the rack. They stay upright and when using zip lock bags there is no chance of the zips leaking, because the rack keeps the zip part above the water. It also allows you to more food at one time, since the water can circulate around and between the bags. I put mine in a 12 qt Rubbermaid food storage container and it leaves plenty of room for the Sous Vide cooker at the corner or back.

Easy to configure and the racks lock solidly into the base. This is definitely not cheap or flimsy, it has some weight to it. I’ve done a few racks of lamb with this and had room leftover; I’ve also used it as just a dumb weight for a bunch of short ribs. No issues with corrosion or anything.Great value for the money! I’m happy with this.

Hold your steaks and other meats at the bottom of your container. Easy to put together, clean and store.

a must for sous vide cooking

I actually bought this to use as a drying rack for Stasher reusable silicone bags. Works great and was the only rack I found that wasn't all plastic.

Works OK but the rack fences side in and out very loosely, maybe a lock?
