Designs for Sport Pro-Formance Peptide, PeptiStrong Fava Bean, 30 servings

As a 40-year-old bodybuilder five months back in the gym and deep into biohacking, I’m always on the hunt for cutting-edge supplements, and this AI-discovered peptide derived from fava beans caught my attention. At first, I was skeptical about edible peptides, but after researching PeptiStrong, I decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. I’ve been taking the recommended dosage before hitting the gym so I don’t forget. The results? Insane. I feel better in the gym, lifting heavier is less daunting, and my two-hour workout is over before I know it. I crushed a two-hour leg routine the other day, and instead of struggling to climb stairs or lift myself off the toilet the following day, I felt ready to hit another session. Recovery like this is unheard of for me. In just one week, I’ve packed on three pounds, and I swear I’m already looking bigger in the mirror. It’s early, but the results speak for themselves. Love this stuff and will be grabbing another bottle.

This is a science based and interesting muscle-support supplement. It's just 1 ingredient: PeptiStrong (fava bean protein hydrosylate). Each 4 capsule serving provides 2.4g of fava PeptiStrong, which is an excellent dosage and aligns with the published research. In research PeptiStrong has been shown to increase muscle protein synthesis, reduce inflammation, inhibit myostatin, and reduce muscle breakdown. So far I have not noticed any significant benefits from taking this, but the science is certainly promising. This is one of those ingredients that I imagine would be more worthwhile if you are training for competitions or an elite athlete, I'm not sure it's justified for your typical gym go-er over just taking creatine and eating more. Overall - it's a fantastic, high quality, science-based muscle support supplement.

I didn’t really notice any significant changes.

i would advise to read other reviews before buying, taking the suggested 4 piils per day have left me feeling more fatigued after workouts either with weights or cycling, i maybe be 6 weeks into using this product , i been told by my nutrionist that this can happen as your body trys to adapt or wakes up , i'm am 69 yrs old male who lifts weights on regular basis and also try to cycle at least 60-70 miles aweek a mixture of road and mountain bike

I recently ordered the Designs for Sport Pro-Formance Peptides for my husband. This plant-based workout supplement is designed for both men and women and features bioactive peptides that support muscle recovery. The packaging claims a 30-day supply, and I appreciate the dosage recommendation of taking two capsules twice daily, which fits seamlessly into my routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and completely tasteless, making them convenient to take without any unpleasant aftertaste. What stands out to me is the company’s philosophy. They focus on research-driven, evidence-based supplements and create formulations that combine premium ingredients in meaningful quantities. It feels good to know I’m putting something in my body backed by solid research. We highly recommend Designs for Sport's Pro-Formance Peptides to enhance their workout regimen and support muscle health. It’s a great addition to my supplement routine!

You'll find me at the gym when I'm not at work. Actually sometimes I'm at work at the gym because I got recruited to work there too. I don't really experience DOMS per se anymore, unless I'm trying a brand new exercise that maybe hits my muscles in a new way. Of course I'll notice fatigue if I exercise the same region multiple times, for example leg day then the next day or even 2 days after doing a spin class. I've been taken these pills a few times and haven't really noticed anything yet, but in my experience products like this may take a while to go into effect. The drawback is that this does seem a bit pricey, and as I've seen others note, the pills are a bit large. I didn't really pay attention to the size of the pill the first time I took a dose and I felt it kinda hang in my throat a bit on the way down. Other than the pill size I have not noted any detrimental effects from this product. I plan to keep taking this and I am hoping that within the next couple weeks I will notice a positive impact on both my workouts and recovery periods.

The Peptistrong peptides in this product is supposed to have many benefits for strength, muscle preservation, and growth. I have taken this supplement and I have noticed that my DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) has decreased a noticeable amount. Usually a day or two after a hard workout, my muscles get very sore and can make walking or doing basic movements painful for me. After supplementing with these peptides, the DOMS is still present but nothing like what they used to be. I don’t think it’s a placebo effect because I really do notice a difference. The only difficulty I have with these pills is that I have to take 4 pills for a proper dose. To bypass the swallowing of pills, I take the pills apart and sprinkle them into my morning protein shake. They do not add any noticeable flavor and doesn’t cause any stomach discomfort. If you are serious about muscle building and don’t mind the premium price, these peptides make a difference.

I've been using other peptides for other reasons for quite some time now, and now peptides are a buzzword everywhere. I am interested in muscle recovery because I am not only what you would call a workout enthusiast (and I change it up often), I work a very physically demanding job. The serving size is large at 4 capsules, but they are easy to swallow and not sticky. I love that they don't contain a ton of fillers like rice flour, they are soy-free, and made in a US facility. My experience is that after about a week of use, I feel that it is doing what it claims in terms of recovery. Cycling these in during our busiest/hardest part of the season will be beneficial.
