Red light is good but the near infrared is weak the mat does not get that hot. Also if u live in dubai just know that u will need an adaptor. I got another small red light mat from amazon tht gets hot enough not sure if this one is defective

This is the best purchase I made all year not only is it an amazing product but it has a lifetime warranty. I had an emergency csection that left me with a ton of scar tissue and after the pregnancy back pain. This mat is so relaxing the 1st time I used it I fell asleep 1 minute after my session ended. I used it before my cycle started and didn't experience the pms and irritability that I normally have. Now I just need their face mask, vibration plate, rebounder, and Roman chair. I have owned several Lifepro infrared red light therapy products over the past several years and I am blown away how the company keeps adapting and growing to meet the customers needs and demands. I started with the therapy torch, moved to the belt and when I saw they had a body wrap knew this was the next product to add to my red light therapy arsenal. I have not been disappointed. I wanted something that could offer enhanced relaxation, recovery and pain relief to larger areas. I enjoy using it after a workout and found that it helps me not have sore muscles the next day. It has a very long cord that allows me to set it up on my bed and still plug into my wall so it's very comfortable. It also rolls up when I'm done and I can store it out of sight behind my chair. I'm 5'7 and it's long enough to have coverage from my neck to my feet. I usually use it 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. I look forward to using it and its very relaxing. It comes with eye protection too.
