So I really loved this machine when I first got it. It was very beginner friendly and it enabled me to give myself facials at home without paying to have them done, but now about three months after purchasing the Hydro dermabrasion does not work and water or solution leaks out of that handle after trying to use it until it literally empties a bottle. This has happened to me twice now and I’ve ended up with an entire serum wasted. Here is the fun part. I contacted the seller to let them know and interestingly, they basically wanted pictures and videos of what was happening which I sent and then they responded with their own video and instructions on how I can unscrew the machine and actually fix the problem myself. So I thought that was a bit odd but I said OK maybe it’s that simple and followed the instructions while filming myself and did what they asked me to do. Long story short this did not fix the problem so I left them know mind you by now it’s been about a month or more that I have not been able to use this machine now next thing that happened was they wrote me back basically saying that I could again take the machine apart and fix something different but I would have to be responsible for $40 and then shipping me the part I needed to potentially replace. This is so unacceptable. I highly recommend that you steer clear of this machine and instead if you’re really interested in purchasing a Hydro facial machine just spend a little bit more money because this has been a total waste and now because they are machine as fault. Team doesn’t work as described. They are now making their customers either a fix the machine themselves, which is crazy or they’re gonna want to charge you to send you the part to fix your own machine. I wish I could get my money back. I wish I could shut this company down because at bare minimum their product is faulty and their customer service sucks and they don’t have a process for addressing issues with their machine that will minimize the impact to their client or to their clients pockets. Do not buy.

It looks so much larger in the stock images which I'm glad it is not. It is the perfect size which doesn't take up a lot of space. It functionality is great I am so glad I bought facial device!!! Its a great value for theoney I spent I recommend this for any Esthetician

Excellent facial device: leaves the skin clean, soft, radiant, and looking rejuvenated.

Product came with an instruction manual as to how to set everything up, and what all the extra pieces were for. However, when testing everything out, I had the set the LED mask for 2 minutes. It came on, and stayed on less than a minute before going out. Now I can’t even get it to come on. I see from other reviews this is a reoccurring issue. I have my own LED light, so the mask was just a bonus for me, but if you’re getting this and want to use the mask, I would get a different brand/machine due to the many issues people have with the mask not working.
