HOSHANHO 7" Nakiri Knife, Handcrafted Razor Sharp Meat Vegetable Cleaver

I'm pleased to say that this HOSHANHO 7 inch Nakiri knife has exceeded my expectations. The sharpness is excellent, making quick work of even the toughest vegetables and meat. Edge retention is also impressive, holding its edge well even after heavy use.The handle is a beautiful piece of rosewood, comfortable to hold and providing a secure grip. It's clear that attention was paid to detail when crafting this knife.That being said, I do have one minor issue - the black oxide finish on the blade isn't uniform, and it's starting to fade slightly. However, this doesn't detract from my overall satisfaction with the knife.If you're in the market for a high-quality Japanese-style nakiri, I'd definitely recommend giving the HOSHANHO 7 inch Nakiri a try. While not perfect, its strengths far outweigh its weaknesses.

My Nakiri knife has been so far great to use. It functions well as it say it does. Its very sharp and you can really feel the knife quality when you hold it and when you use it. The handle gives you a very comfortable grip to utilise its function. If you’re looking for a knife with great quality for your meat and vegetables for reasonable price. This is it. Highly recommended.

Good quality knife for the price. Very sharp and looking nice. I haven't tried to sharpening it yet so I don't know how is gonna react on that. No concerns for now

I bought this as my husband loves to bbq but is always giving off we don't have a sharp knife well he can't no more. This looks the part and the quality is amazing. Was expensive but worth every penny. It was bigger and heavier than I thought but it balances itself out with the handle to the blade.....Overall he would definitely would.....

A great knife. Good weight and balance. Better than I expected

Un petit bijou pour ce prix , comme évoqué dans une autre commentaire le poignet manque de finition : les petits bagues en bronze ou cuivre dépassent légèrement et ça « râpe » un peut la peau. Si non, l’âme de qualité qui fait qu’un bon couteau devrait faire : bien couper 😉 La surface martèle plus la structure en plusieurs couches donnent le petit plus !
