I have a wrist cuff, medical grade arm cuff, and now this wrist smart watch. I took blood pressures with all three on each arm. All results are not exactly the same but pretty close. The black chart is the Withings medical grade arm cuff. The color chart is this wrist smart watch. I wanted something that would take my blood pressure automatically through the day and it seems to be doing the job well. That’s with moving around all day. I would highly recommend. I had this product a little over a month. It worked well but the watch strap just broke. A little piece must have broken off and I guess I lost it. It it looks like i missed the return window by 5 days. Thats very disappointing.

I am very pleased so far with this product. I looked a long time at all the offerings and none suited my needs. This tracker has blood pressure and body temperature (bonus since I recently had nasty flu). The tracker temp was within .4 of regular thermometer. Steps fairly accurate as far as I can tell. Have not used it very much yet since I was sick. I love the style and shape. Slim and comfortable. The others just seemed way too big for what I want. This one feels good on my wrist and not cumbersome. Also a plus I was able to download Keep Health app from Apple Store to use on my iPad. This works much better for me as I do not invest in expensive phones. A lot of trackers work ONLY with phones. I have paired with Bluetooth with my iPad and I get notices for incoming messages. That is all I need. I’ve only had this a few days but I’m very happy with it so far. I will update in the future.

My brand name expensive step tracker broke so I thought I would try this one out given the low price ($28 at the time). It is not as accurate for step tracking. My broken Fitbit averaged 3k steps per day on a sedentary at-my-desk day. This one averages 4k on similar days. That's okay as long as I take it for what its worth. I have a really really old Fitbit that clips to waist and that one is the most accurate (and the lowest amount of steps --- ~2500 average on a slow day).The additional features are nice to have: BP, temp, heart rate, oxygen. Old fitbit step tracker just had heart rate. The blood pressure reading was pretty close to my cuff BP monitor which has been tested as accurate.I think this watch may have many other features too but I opted out of everything that needed permission or location. Opted out of notifications. reminders. The app had to be installed to set it up and pick the right watch face, but I prefer NOT to have any data syncing to the cloud or google or china or wherever... I put the app to sleep and I think it stays asleep (which is my preference).Also like the looks of it. Almost as slim as my broken fitbit. raspberry-ish color band and softgold trim looks good.And the battery lasted over a week.I don't like that the watch does not have an always-on setting like the Fitbit did (dimmed) so you have to move your wrist to get the time. I'll get used to that I guess. For the money, I guess that's a small price to pay and it saves the battery too.Android 9

At first I gave it 5 stars but after 6 months it just quit. I purchased a second one because I liked it that one quit in 5 weeks.

OK little watch. Notified me of calls, emails, texts which was nice. Battery life is fantastic and does not take long to charge. BP is sketchy. Some times it was close to my cuff monitor, most time was way different. If driving on a bumpy road, counted it as steps.I was happy with it's features for the price but the display died at only 6 months.

This fit watch is exceptional, and tracks pretty accurately because I checked its BP reading with my doctors and nit was within 1-2 points. Keeps a charge for around 3-4 days, which I am pleased with. The app you download is free and easy to use. I would buy again!
