VIPERTEK VTS-881 Micro Stun Gun for Self Defense Rechargeable with LED Flashlight

My mom bought me one of these in purple a few years ago and I love it! It's small enough to fit in my coat pocket or purse and even comes with a black carrying case - it fits perfectly in your hand and has a comfort texture. There is a small button you slide on it that pops out a plug so you can plug it into an outlet to charge it, which according to the instructions, you only need to do once a month. I've gone much longer than that without charging it and it still works excellently - it holds the charge for a very long time. To operate it, you slide a button up one position to activate the flashlight (super bright) and push it up further to activate the stun gun; then you press and hold a separate button to taze someone. When you deploy the button, it makes an incredibly loud sound as the voltage goes through it and the mugger. I have luckily not had to use it on anyone, but the voltage is definitely enough to give a mugger a good shock and the loud buzzing/crackling sound alerts anyone around that a crime is going down. I have it turned on and my hand on it in my pocket when I have to walk in Baltimore City or DC when I occasionally use the metro or go visit my friend there. Don't worry, you won't stun yourself even if you leave it in the on position because you'd have to hold the button down to do that. I feel so safe when I have this, especially given how crime laden that area is. In fact, I even bought one for a few of my girl friends so we all feel safe. It's worth every penny and I can't believe the great price for how effective and very well made this is. I also love the variety of colors this comes in for both genders.

Absolutely love it comes with a case despite it said otherwise which is a nice perk. USB-C charging makes it easier and the color looks great , almost matches my truck:). Bright flashlight too

Very loud lol it will scare you at first. It does have a burning smell if you hold it for too long not that bad though. It’s lightweight and fits in a purse very well. Great grip and has a safety switch. Quality is great. This stun gun is worth every penny!!!

I got this for my daughter for an added layer of protection. I want her to be familiar handling devices such as this to build confidence if there comes a time she needs to act. I also think this will help promote situational awareness and responsibility even if she never needs to use it. The quality seems great and the price is right.

I love the small size of this stun gun, but am disappointed in its lack of a wrist strap. I bought a wrist strap/lanyard with an adhesive attachment, and it works great! It lets me have the stun gun at the ready, while allowing me to let it dangle if I need to do something with my hands. Having a stun gun tucked away in a pocket or a sheath when wanting defense against unexpected menaces just doesn’t seem practical. I’ve been menaced by off-leash dogs while walking my leashed dog a few times in my neighborhood, and one dog managed to grab my chihuahua in its mouth one time, pre-stun gun days. The sound of the stun gun is enough to frighten my own dog, and I’m hoping it will be the same for any dogs that may challenge us in the future. The strap lets me be prepared, with the stun gun armed, ready, and available whenever I venture out. This stun gun would be 5 stars, but for the lack of a wrist strap, so I’m docking one star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sheath is poorly made. The belt loop came unstitched on one end with the first use. Zero stars for the sheath! ❌

Works great! Perfect size for women to hold on to, and put in pockets or purse.

Perfect for safekeeping of a young female. The flashlight is also a plus; the case is included and is a perfect fit in your pocket.
