Outstanding Product - Well Worth The Price
I was raised on single action revolvers. It started out when I got a pair of cap guns resembling Peacemakers for my 6th Birthday. I cleaned up the neighborhood. I ridded the community of bandits, bank robbers, rustlers and other two-legged varmint. It sometimes got me in trouble, but I was fearless and well armed. Later on, I got my first real gun. It was a Ruger Single Six. A few years later, I afforded a pair of Colt SAA in .45 Colt, followed by a few more. I still have 3 of these. These days, I don't get to the range much. I had bought a few air guns, mostly the CO2 type. I can shoot these in the house using a good pellet trap which I have 3 of them. The other day, while ogling and cleaning my precious Peacemakers, it occurred to me that Umarex makes these in .177 cal pellet, CO2 powered. I did some research and turned around and ordered one. I was a little skeptical, but the price was not prohibitive. On the day it came, I fell in love. This CO2 powered Colt SAA by far exceeded my expectations. I am amazed by its accuracy. On mine, the sights are right on. The ejection rod is functional but not really needed. In fact, when the gun is canted, muzzle up, the cartridges fall out by themselves. I dropped the first one on the floor, not expecting this. I got used to it. On the real Colt, the base pin can be removed in order to take the cylinder out of the frame for cleaning. On the Umarex replica one needs tools to do so. But with this gun that is not really necessary, and I do not recommend you mess with this. Just leave the cylinder in its place. I also ordered more cartridges to supplement the 6 silver colored ones it came with. I bought 3 sets of the gold/brass colored ones. They function just like the silver ones, but they cost less. Now, these cartridges do not resemble the actual .45 Colt ammo. Instead, they look a lot like .357 Mags. This does not bother me. If I want to show off I stick the Umarex into one of my Western style holsters/belts the loops of which are filled with .45 Colt cartridges. This revolver looks and feels like the real thing, and it weighs and balances the same. The grips are not like any I ever saw and laid my hands on, but they are very nice looking. I just pretend they are custom made which they are, in a sense. Cosmetically, this gun looks amazingly like the real thing. There is one visible deviation from the real article. On the grip frame, right where the hammer and the frame meet, there is some black in color polymer type insert. I guess this has to do with it being a CO2 powered replica. There is nothing one can do about this. I can live with it. I tested it on my 8 meter range in my shop. I use RWS Meisterkugeln pellets, the only ones I ever use as they have always worked for me, for decades. My first group of 6 shots were right on target and I could cover the hole with a Nickel. I guess I was a little flakey from all the excitement about this new gun. The next day, I shot 3 more groups of six rounds all of them I could easily cover with a dime. Well, I have decades of experience with all kinds of air guns and fire arms including US Army MP Corps for nigh 8 years. Overall, I am very very pleased with this version of a Peacemaker. I can only recommend to all who have knack for it. You won't be sorry.

Outstanding
Excellent copy of the real deal with minor differences due to being a pellet pistol. Nearly the same weight and dimensions. Workmanship and finish are very good. Functions well. This particular one appears to shoot a bit low at 25 ft. Worth the money.

Nice Pistol
I love the style of this pistol. It has great balance and feels good in your hand. The only drawback is that the BB's need to be loaded one at a time into the cylinder. If you have large fingers, it could be a little challenging. Overall, I am very happy with it.

Tons of fun
Fantastic pellet gun that feels almost real. My only complaints are 1) the hammer doesn’t rest all the way forward and 2) the cylinder doesn’t spin as freely as the real thing. However, both of these are consequences of it being an air gun, and I’m not sure there’s any way around that. All in all, it’s as good as it can be.

pellet only model
this replica is FAR AND AWAY the best one out there ive shopped quite a few ( almost every other buyer agrees w me on this!) the look is 99.8 correct the finish is gorgeous so 10 of 10 its accuracy is an easy 9.8 by FAR the most accurate air gun not only in its class but of ANY I've used thus far if you want a VERY accurate gun that is very stable it's never a "guess where the pellet is going to hit! i was able to twice) put a pellet thru a tiny door peep glass at 55ft away yes i AM a sharp shooter but what impressed me was that this weapon was able to shoot dependably and straight every time i cannot say enough about its accuracy this is due to riffling in the bbl. its not a smooth bore pipe ( the white grip model is a smooth bore so its a bb gun nowhere near this accuracy level) its real rifling made very well I've owned 3 of these all shot as well as my present one so again i stress dependability For the price? its a wonderfully accurate gun i doubt youd find a more accurate pistol never mind price point i wouldn't call this a cheap air gun at 130 bucks but it IS worth every cent if not more of that price and if if you cannot hit a target in a tight group it wont be this guns fault believe e me keep in mind i was able to put a pellet into a door peep glass which is less than 1/8th of an inch at 55 ft!! and i was able to do it twice once w this gun once with my first..the only thing is (please read this) def buy the protection plan bc the rubber where the air capsule fits can deteriorate or become weak sometimes this doesn't happen for a few years in my last gun it was toast in a few months so i rec the prot plan..do not over oil that rubber piece that causes the rubber to get weal and do not over tighten it be very careful reloading the air cart. so far ive shot 3k rounds through mine and its as accurate as day one..very well made ty germany!! well done

Just like a Colt Single Action Army
I have genuine Colt Peacemakers. With the exception of the grips being about 1/2 an inch longer this BB gun is virtually identical to an actual Colt. My original Colts are in a fitted case and this gun fits perfectly. It is about the same weight and balance. The barrel, cylinder, and frame are the same dimensions. It even has the patent years on the frame. The hammer when cocked makes the four distinctive clicks of the original, but the sound is slightly deeper. Loading and unloading is the same as on an original. One thing you have to keep in mind is that this BB gun has a hair trigger. There is no discernible "pull". The slightest pressure fires the gun. So cocking the hammer while drawing could result in a BB embedded in your foot! I suggest you don't cock it until it is safely downrange. You can fan the gun if you like. That tends to be hard on the mechanism of any gun, though. The balance is good for twirling the gun. I suggest you practice over a soft surface, especially since the grips are very smooth. I set up 6 cans suspended from strings and at 7 yards found the gun to be very accurate. With a two-handed grip I had no misses. One-handed my accuracy was good, but the sights on the nickel finish are very shiny and I had a bit more difficulty keeping them exactly aligned one-handed. I actually got several cans from the hip! Fortunately, because it's cheap to shoot BB guns I was able to try that and a few other things like a fast draw and fanning. I don't waste money on real ammunition for things I'd never do in a real life scenario. It's great fun. This gun is as close to the real thing as you can come with the benefit of being far cheaper and inexpensive to shoot. I have two of these and they are equally accurate and function identically.
