Amazing Customer Service
When product arrived it had a tiny plastic piece broken. I submitted a replacement part online and had it the next day. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The bed is perfect. We use it as a bed for radiation treatments and it is very sturdy for our older patients. Highly Satisfied!

Great quality
Chair is super nice for the price. I am 270lbs and when i set on it, it feels secure and stable. The set up is real easy but have a socket set handy the little wrench it’s comes with is not the answer. Took about 15 minutes to assemble. Perfect for lash artists and other aesthetic professionals

DEFECTIVE!!! (INJURY)
Initially, the bed was sent: cushion together, motor separate and I’d had to attach the two. That was fairly easy except one of the main bolt holes was stripped. I contacted customer service and she insisted, I screwed them in wrong. She reluctantly sent a replacement piece (which I don’t advise accepting because you’ll end up taking the bed apart even more). This replacement piece came without coordinating holes so I had to drill them in, in a few places. Then, all four corners of the bed that are to be latched to the motor, don’t correspond with each other. Idk if I caught the bad one or what but I’d say this product is inconsistent, as compared to others’ reviews and for damn near $700, there should be more quality in the product and productive customer service.UPDATE.After having put my bed together. It completely ripped apart. Even the holes that were initially placed, the screws came out once I had laid on the bed. Luckily it was just me on the bed, because I ended up falling forward and hitting my head. Completely unsatisfied with this product.

Great table for esti/lashes
I’ve had this for over 2 years now and everything is great so far. It comes in two boxes (that are heavy) that I had to sign for. It was packed well. Assembly was fairly easy. Electric parts are running well. I do wish the remote cord was placed with hook by the head of the bed where the esthetician can access it easier as opposed to the client. I use this for waxing, lashes and facials. The comments say it has a weight limit of 250 (not sure where that info came from), but I’m pretty sure one of my clients exceeds that and we didn’t have any issues. I do keep a foam topper, waterproof protector, heater pad and sheet on the top for extra comfort.

You get what you pay for - not bad.
Only had the chair for a few weeks now.Pros:- Good price- Get a bonus rolling chair- Remote is nice to use- Chair motor movement is nice to have.Cons:- Unit came covered in some kind of rust colored stuff. I had to scrub it with Clorox wipes for an hour to get rid of that stuff.- One of the screws that holds the bottom cushion to the metal support couldn't go in because the hole in the cushion was drilled diagonally. When I tried to screw the screw in, the entire hole (which has a metal part inside the wood) ripped out, so now it's only being held by 3 screws. I'm afraid that when someone heavier sits on it, the pad will fall off the metal base.- The head rest part that moves up does not hold I place. It's like the headrest in your vehicle, but there is nothing to lock the position in place and it falls back down as soon as you touch it.- The arm rests are awkwardly positioned and get in the way more than anything. They are not comfortable to use in any position.- The bottom part that you sit on is way too long, and the back is way too short. You would have to have a very short torso with really long thighs to think this chair is comfortable.- The top and bottom parts that move up and down are kind of flimsy and wiggle.- The little bonus chair is very small, the backrest is pointless. If you're over 130 lbs, it won't be too comfortable - or safe to sit on.- No customer service. I messaged them to ask about the head rest and the rust, and I got no response back. Don't expect to be able to return this. It comes in two boxes and you just end up making a mess with all the foam and pieces.

It came with a tear in the seat
Received chair on the 13th, I was finally able to get it put together and the chair has a little tear and the bottom beam near the floor is dented. So unhappy about it. I know it a seems petty because it’s still useable but it’s unacceptable. 600$ is not cheap.

Ok for the price
I wanted to love this bed and it serves its purpose. But, it is a bit wobbly. I do realize that it’s still a good price for being electric and having the option to lift the head and legs, but it could be better.
