Way easier to keep on hand than the liquid. Perfect for a travel kit of medicines to keep in backpack. Actually comparable to tums in portability, but for the other half of tummy problems. Taste and texture are fine for medicine. Seems to work as well as the liquid.

When I overindulge in chocolate and popcorn late at night, or eat a slice of pizza or some meat for dinner, my digestion slows down and I can't sleep. I chew 3 tablets before bed, and they are very effective. Even though they are large, I tried swallowing with lots of water but that doesn't work. Chalky texture and inoffensive taste, but worth enduring because that works.
