Very bad service by brand
I bought the W20 Battle Budz Green earbuds, and they stopped working within just four months. They were still under warranty, so I tried to claim it, but I received no response. I created more than four support tickets, emailed them, and even contacted them on WhatsApp. They kept redirecting me in circles—email told me to use WhatsApp, WhatsApp told me to create a ticket on the website, and nothing was ever resolved. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had. I will never buy their products again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Sound quality could have been a bit better. Excellent for gaming, make your teams, webex, whatsapp, call without any hassle the mic is at perfect length so your voice is loud and crystal clear. Durable, sturdy wire quality, decent looks first in perfectly, value for money.

It's an ok Product, If you want to buy this for Video calling via PC or Laptop this earphone is worthless, The Mic doesn't work on PC I've tried a lot, but it works decently while pair with mobiles
