I tried quite a few Truly products in the past, and while I usually liked them, I just felt the price points were too high compared to other similar products of equal or even better quality. But I have been looking for a decent "dry" body oil for awhile, and couldn't really settle on one because a lot of them seemed either too small/overpriced or had poor ingredient quality. But then Prime Day rolled around, and decided to treat myself while it was 40% off. And I hate how much I am LOVING this product. It has all I was obviously looking for. It's a fast absorbing body oil that leaves your skin feeling amazingly soft, and not made out of total pore clogging junk ingredients. I got the cherry, and the smell is great. It's very sweet but not overpowering at all. The consistency is almost gel-like, so it goes on easily without much waste, but still feels very lightweight. A little can go a long way, but I do still wish the bottle was bigger for the normal price. And I demand to know what sorcery makes the glitter NOT transfer. You can definitely see there are glitter flakes in the product, but they are so finely milled the overall effect is more of a dewy looking, subtle shimmery effect that's somehow more natural looking than you'd expect? I kinda wish it was actually a bit MORE glittery, but I have zero clue how they managed to create non transferable glitter in the first place. So many of my guy friends would always joke-complain i leave glitter everywhere. Now I can have my glitter mess free! Again, I'm not a total stranger to Truly, but this is absolutely my favorite product from them. It just feels weirdly luxurious. Honestly I think I might have to put it away as a "special occasion" use product. (.....but I will be leaving a price alert on it.)

This oil!!! I received my first bottle in one of my Allure Beauty Boxes and immediately fell in love! I’m not usually a vanilla fan, but the scent is magical. I put this all over my body (not face) every night after I shower before bed. The oil has a shimmer to it, but it doesn’t get on your clothes or, in my case, sheets. It’s a little difficult to get it out of the bottle so you have to tap it a bit into your hand, but I don’t mind because I love it so much. I am now on my 2nd bottle and I will continue to order again and again! My skin always feels so soft and smooth until my next shower when I put it on again. It’s super hydrating, great quality, is a great value, and the perfect addition to my daily skincare routine. 10/10 recommend!

Silky smooth and not greasy feeling at all. It’s a nice shimmer but not at all glittery. I wear it all the time. The scent is nice and light - nothing offensive as it is not strong. I love it. This is my second bottle!

Very thick and luxurious stays on the body for hours worth every penny!!! I’m using the the birthday sex scent right now but also tried the cherry scent and they all smell really good but my favorite is the vanilla.

I love the color, but not the scent. I LOVE the pink glow it gives your skin. I didn’t think it would show up, but it does. It truly gives you a pink shift to your skin. It super hydrating, and doesn’t stain your clothes. That said, the scent is “dry” if that makes sense. It reminds me of Santal - dry and a bit herbal. If it smelled like the notes given in the description, it would be a 5 star rating. For me, the scent doesn’t linger. If it’s paired with something stronger, like a perfume or lotion, it isn’t noticeable. The bottle is smaller than you’d think, however a little goes a long way. $40 is a bit steep, but I use it as a special occasion product. If it’s not something you wear daily, it can easily last months. I’d say it worth the money. I haven’t worn it during the summer yet, so I can’t speak to how it feels on the skin, but I’ve worn it in winter and spring, and it feels great.

The luxury body oil has an amazing scent. It is very moisturizing. The smell stays with you all day it seems. It feels greasy at first but after it settles it leave you feeling smooth. I took off one star because the packaging barely leaked at the seal on the bottle. Otherwise I love it.

It didn't smell like anything at all? It also seemed REALLY oily. And yes, I realize this is a body OIL. However, it seemed like something that would make you feel really greasy and instead of hydrated. I like the whipped soap products so I thought this would be nice as well. If you want a shimmer oil that doesn't smell strong, then you might like this.

The smell is nice, but the product is not worth the asking price. Apparently, you can buy the exact same product on the iHerb website for half the price. The glass bottle is sturdy, but it doesn’t come with a dropper or insert, which makes it difficult to get the oil out since it doesn’t flow easily

This is a beautiful smelling product, like the warmest deep vanilla tone, I couldn’t stop smelling my skin once applied! It gives the skin a lovely moisturised appearance and doesn’t feel oily to touch. Now for where the point is lost - it is in a beautiful glass bottle with a screw on lid and one of those horrible plastic stoppers that are known for breaking nails!! That plus the thick texture make it an ordeal just getting the product out of the bottle! A real shame, inhibits daily use!!

Love this body oil! Smells great, and looks great on the skin. Pretty expensive for the amount you get.

The smell is divine, subtle, and doesn't disappear after 10 minutes. Not to mention how soft it feels on the skin with that subtle sparkle. What a perfect combination. My new perfume and skin softener!
