Bad quality materials..
The bar which supports steel rods is of very very bad quality. It can't withstand 2 Turkey towel weight (~1.5kg) on a single rod(with just 5days of usage)..It has to support 6 rods which is unthinkable.Overall the product idea is good but materials are pathetic, better not to order from this supplier as thr is no value for money.

Total loss of money and time
Pathetic quality... Amazon and seller are together cheating customers with such type of products...this DRYING stand could not withstand weight of fewmachine dryed clothes and broke at first use...also couldn't return it as return window is very small (7 days) and the product requires a skilled installation with tools such as drilling machine,etc. So by the time I got hold of a technician (who charged 500 bucks) on a non working day and installed the stand the return window was already over. And the product came apart soon afterwards on first very light trial with semi dried cloths. Shame on manufacturer for making such Ill devised product. Also the product has one year warranty which I brought up to the notice of Amazon customer care chat but they were least bothered and insisted to contact manufacturer directly on the number provided which anyhow is always switched off.So now after wasting my 2500 bucks I am wasting my time writing a lengthy review but that's what we customers have been reduced to by Amazon...haven't we?

Installation was done with an ease. NR industries was very supportive and co-operative in sending the technician for installation.

Good design, good service, good aesthetics
Space saver, this product looks great installed. The installation instructions could be clearer, but if you think about it before planning the installation, it's a breeze. Haven't used it for long enough yet, but the quality appears very good and it should be durable. Plus, one cannot go wrong if the seller sends a spare set of accessories.I also notice several other sellers for this "NR industries" product. Thats' an encouraging sign for the product but I would think best to go with "NR industries" itself as the seller.

Works fine
Nothing to complain. Just be careful if you are going to load lot of clothes on it. Make sure the holders that hold the entire weight of this assembly are well screwed in the roof. Also, use the ropes gently while pulling it up or leaving it to come down. Think about balancing the clothes on both sides while drying them. Dont put all weight on one side and complain that it broke :)Really useful for small places and for balconies.

Very satisfied
The product works great. Its a bit tedious task to install as you may need a drill and drilling holes on the ceiling is not easy. If you can get that done, the rest is a very easy task. The product looks durable and is easy to use.

Liked this product. Its little hard to install. I managed to install my self. U can hire a professional to install it. It would be better if the ropes little more thick. First time there was a broken parts when I asked the seller he arranged a replace for me. Liked the seller

Very useful product for my flat balcony.
This is a very good product, very easy and convenient to use. Fixing required a bit of understanding, but once there was clarity, it was simple. The SS rods look fine and durable. Independent lowering and raising of each of the six rods is very useful, as you can put on or remove clothes at your pace. Good value for money. Good space saver as the clothes get dried near the roof. I therefore don't dry clothes on my balcony railings.
