I just got the Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach vacuum cleaner, and it’s been amazing for cleaning around the kitchen. I used to mop with a regular mop and broom, but the Dreame cleans circles around the old way. It takes me a quarter of the time and leaves the floors much cleaner. Our baby recently started solids and has been dropping food on the floor, and this makes it so much easier to clean up quickly. The anti-hair feature has worked as advertised—I haven’t had any issues cleaning up stray hair around the house, unlike with my Dyson vacuum, where I had to clean the roller every month. The battery is great for our space. On Auto mode, I can clean our kitchen and living area with about 50% battery remaining. When using Turbo mode, it still manages to clean the whole space. The base station is excellent for easy cleanup. I never have to scrub or throw mop heads into the washing machine. It cleans and dries the mop, which means no smells day after day. The water tank is about the perfect size for my needs. If I use Turbo mode, I usually use the entire tank for the kitchen and living room. On Auto, I can get 2–3 full cleanings before needing to refill. The dirty water tank is smaller than the other H12 models, but I haven’t had to empty it mid-cleaning yet. The size is perfect for getting into all the nooks and crannies, and the edge-to-edge cleaning with full flat vacuuming makes it easy to maneuver around tables and chairs. I love the dry suction mode for rugs so I don’t have to bring out both a vacuum and a mop—it’s a one-stop shop for cleaning floors. For the price, I don’t think you can go wrong with the Dreame H12. It’s done everything I want and more. It’s so simple to use that I can handle daily maintenance or spot cleaning, leaving my house feeling fresh every day.

This is a super useful wet/dry vacuum that cuts your chores in half. I was skeptical that it would work, but it’s surpassed my expectations. I like how the self cleaning mode can be quiet since I have a baby that startles with any sound. Their cleaning solution is phenomenal. It cleaned my floors, regardless after I have mopped supposedly. The floors looked clean after a long time. the battery life did allow me to vacuum and mop the whole house. It charges very fast and has a nice design as it has to be charging in view, so the black design is appealing. I like how the smart mode detects automatically and you don’t have to be changing settings yourself. Another great thing is that I was able to use the vacuum by itself or whenever I spilled crumbs after dinner. It is easy to reach hard places and folds. It is very easy to use, lightweight, and definitely recommend it. If you’re thinking about buying it, go for it.

I genuinely mean it — this Dreame vacuum is one of the best things I’ve bought for my house. It vacuums and mops at the same time which saves me so much time. It goes back to its base and self-cleans, you just have to empty the dirty water tank after. That’s it. What I love most is that if something spills — water, yogurt, anything — it picks it up and cleans it in seconds. No stress, no effort, done. For moms with kids this is an absolute essential. Spills happen constantly and now I don’t even think twice about it. My floors are clean so fast now. Cannot recommend this enough

Delivered on time. Directions mostly followed. But delivery was suspicious. Had three deliveries that night. Seemed like they were coordinated by a crazy stalker to interfere with the delivery. Ghosts are real and they do weird things. Literally haunt Me and messed up the delivery. I know it’s a spirit. It possesses and delivers to Me often. Follows same patterns exactly even with different hosts and companies. The ghost loop is so precise I can map it more accurately than GPS also I can predict it extremely well. So 1 star for not stopping the evil unclean spirits. The vacuum is a breeze though. Biggest disappointment is it uses a lot of cleaning water solution. Which is why I opted for a model with the dry suction. I clean My floors often so they rarely get big messes. I run the wet mode temporarily then switch to dry. It finishes My floors well. Then switch to wet again if I need more solution. I didn’t find a pause button so I have to turn off anytime I would otherwise use a pause to pick something up or do any temp task. The 12 pro flex reach has excellent reach. Thin head with edge to edge cleaning, goes under anything bigger than it. Flexes a full 180’ which is extremely convenient for Me. It uses lots of watered down solution, but the concentrated solution just uses 10ml or about 30% of a cap. Seems like it will last. Both drying functions seem to function. It talks to remind of simple tasks such as to clean after each use etc. (although since I’m haunted, the ghost talks through the machine, so it’s a blessing and a curse. I know it’s the ghost, because he talks a certain way, in a constant consistent pattern, easy to identify. Yes they can possess humans and tech among other things). Easy to refill and clean. Has hepa filter. Has four modes which I haven’t practiced yet. Smart turbo quiet and dry. Quiet is a little quieter than smart. I mostly use dry to conserve water and not refill after every use. It glides very smoothly. Turns well. I used to use a eureka 430. This is definitely a league up and drives like a Lexus compared to previous. Sucks well enough, I didn’t test on anything heavy. Battery lasts plenty long enough for Me. Store on charger so it’s always 100% when using. Having trouble turning it on. Power button doesn’t work. All other buttons and motors function, but won’t turn on. If I put on charger, it charges, heats, drys, talks, etc. off charger, it won’t turn on. Are the wires in the handle not functioning?

Easy floor cleaning I have been using this floor cleaner for a little while, and it has made my cleaning routine easier. It vacuums and washes the floor at the same time, so I spend less time going over the same areas. The self cleaning feature has been helpful because it keeps the roller ready for the next use with very little effort. The battery has lasted long enough to clean my main living spaces on one charge. I still need to empty the dirty water tank after each use, but that has been simple to do. It has worked well on my hard floors and has been a useful addition around the house.

10 out of 10! All the stars! This is amazing! It vacuums better than my old vacuum while also mopping the floors and does an amazing job! It looks like I just had professional cleaners come over. AND it’s self propelling so it doesn’t wear out my back. I cleaned my kitchen and foyer in like 1/5 the time it normally takes me! SO fast! Worth every penny. (You’ll still need something with a detachable wand to get into crevices around your house but for mopping and cleaning the main floors this is the BEST!)

I honestly wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do, but it’s been amazing! It’s really easy to use, cleans the floors so well, and I love that it cleans itself when you’re done. That’s probably my favorite feature because I don’t have to deal with cleaning the dirty roller. It picks up dirt, dust, and even little messes without any problems. It also saves me so much time since it vacuums and mops at the same time. My floors look so clean after every use. I’ve been using it almost every day, and I’m really happy with it. Definitely worth it!

Si tienen la oportunidad de comprarla no lo hagan, me duro 6 meses funcionando, la usaba dos veces por semana en realidad fue muy poco uso, mi casa es pequeña y de una sola planta. Es una muy buena opción ya que te ahorra mucho tiempo, pero en realidad es desechable, de la nada empieza a mencionar que el tanque no está lleno cuando si lo está, y al no detectarlo deja de trapear y de autolimpiarse, he buscando repararla con personas que se dedican a eso pero lamentablemente nadie sabe trabajarla. Conclusión: fue una muy mala inversión y lamentablemente yo la compré recién salio aún precio más elevado.
