Purchased the Dreame Pro12 over 2 months ago and I am hooked! I use it at home and also to clean our Airbnb. Needless to say it gets used a lot!! My time for cleaning floors is cut in half and that is a godsend because we have a 3000sq ft home. It does not leave excessive water on the floor, is fairly quiet when running, it’s self propelled, so you barely have to push fand has great suction power from the sides of thecleaning head when going along the baseboards. It does pick up everything in its path but the forward motion is better at picking up debris than the backward motion, as other reviews have mentioned. I love that it’s cordless and has a self cleaning function, which also dries the roller. If you clean your floors once a week it will keep everything in tip top shape. Sometimes for more stubborn stains, ground in dirt or food stuck to the floor, I do use a small scrubby sponge to carry around with me as I vacuum/mop to lift these spots. This is a trade off I don’t mind because I don’t have to do it that often. I do wish there was another rotating brush available that had more of a scrubbing surface to it. The only downside to using this machine, is having to use their Dreame floor cleaner. I have always used vinegar and water due to having chemical reactions from traditional floor cleaning solutions. I don’t get any strong order from this solution nor have I had any allergic reactions to it. It does clean very well, because I thought my floors were clean until I saw how brown the dirty water was! I just really miss using my own vinegar solution . I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying a second one soon!

I wasn’t sure what to expect since this is my first wet-dry vacuum, but the DREAME H12 Pro FlexReach has been a pleasant surprise. It’s super easy to use and honestly way more convenient to use than a traditional mop/bucket. What I enjoy most is that it’s always cleaning with fresh water - no more spreading around dirty water around like you do with a mop. It sprays clean water, scrubs, and sucks it up all in one pass, leaving the floors cleaner, while also leaving minimal moisture that dries very fast. So far, I have no issues with runtime - by the time I complete a good square footage of area the lowest it's been on battery charge is 40 %, my only gripe is the charging speed which takes a long time.There are a few things I think could be improved:It would be nice to control how much water it puts down manually.A bit more tank capacity for both clean and dirty water would help for spots that need a bit more solution to cleanAnd faster charging would definitely make it even betterI liked it so much, I ended up getting another one for my Mother that has two German Shepherds running in and out of the house constantly, and this has made her life way easier. Definitely recommend it!

I got a mop vac a year ago and it is already out of service. So I started shopping and found this one. After reading reviews we took the plunge and got it. We are a pet rescue family and also foster a lot! So our hard floors get so dingy and dirty so easily. It cleans SO well that you can see where the mopped floor is compared to the floor after using this. It charges super fast, lasted though my whole house before needing charged (1850 sq ft, still had more charge on it!), and SELF CLEANS once you put it on the base! And I don’t have cords everywhere. It has a base that charges and is cordless so I am not walking over cords or looking for cords to plug it in. It also “talks” and instructs you. The biggest win is it goes clear up next to the baseboards. Our last one left about an inch it couldn’t reach and showed so badly! My only drawback would be not being able to use the floor cleaner I like. This one is lightly scented and I prefer a stronger scent. But it cleans so amazing. But you do have to use their detergent or a low suds one. But not having to change the roller Halfway thru cleaning is a big plus! And removing/putting the tanks back on is SO easy. I had to fight to line up tanks on my last one and eventually got irritated and stopped using it as much as not this one! The tanks easily clip on and off so I can get the job done fast! It definitely showed how badly our mop was NOT cleaning our floors! We even clean up pet or kid messes and keep going! It cleans the roller for you so no need for separate devises.

This is my first wet-dry vacuum cleaner and overall it seems to do very well. Great technology in this vacuum. It’s very easy to use and the pull of the unit during use takes a bit to get use to. I do love the continuous fresh water cleaning. It sprays clean water and sucks it up all in one pass. I do wish the rolling head was a roller/brush combination though as I think it would get the tougher water drops on the floor out best.The runtime appears to be more than adequate to clean the entire house. I'm still trying to figure out the best location for the unit...maybe the garage.I do think the units tank capacity is too small.The hair cutting capability seems to be 50/50. You still need to dismantle the unit to clean debris.Again, my biggest dislike is the rolling head vs having a roller/brush combination to scrub tougher stains from the floor.I do recommend it.

I absolutely LOVE this wet/dry vacuum! It works great and so easy to use! It has cut my vacuum and mopping of all my floors down to under an hour!!! The battery also lasts long, I was also able to do my house without having to stop and charge the unit. I have a 2000 sq foot house. It gets right up to the baseboards, not missing anything. So glad I bought this!

I wish I can give it zero stars. This is our third Dreme vacuum within two month. We tried different models to see if they are better but they all had the same issue. The water tank breaks, and the plastic literally shatters for no reason whatsoever. I think something with the hitting element the plastic is not strong enough for. Horrible product do not buy.
