A derm recommended this for my perioral dermatitis, it made my facial skin worse as far as clogged pores and breakouts. Sulfur is great for inflammation and bacteria, gentler and more natural than benzoyl peroxide. It did however improve my back acne, and after my antibiotics, it’s been able to keep it clear! Effective! It does have a stronger sulfur smell, it will make your wash cloths and towels smell like it if you wash them all together. I make a good lather and wash my back and chest for about 2-3 minutes, and then I let it sit for at least 2 minutes to penetrate. I’ve been using the bar about daily for 2 months now, and it’s only half gone, then again I’m only using on small areas.

This soap is amazing. Rashes, gone. Dry skin, gone. Your skin feels amazing! Bumps on the skin, gone. Acne, gone. Blackheads, gone.

Loved this soap for the 1st 2 weeks. My son’s hair was super curly and healthy. His acne didn’t improve but the worst part was the scent. It was beyond over powering! I couldn’t figure out where the horrible stench was coming from. This soap was literally seeping through his clothes and eventually contaminating our entire laundry. I had to throw away the remanding bar of soap and it took a week to completely get rid of the smell coming from my son’s poors. 😞. The bar of soap didn’t smell on its own. I believe it was the scent with my son’s raging hormones. We only used 1 time and we didn’t even finish the entire bar of soap.

I first bought this soap from my dermatologist. I love it so much for my face, I bought another from Amazon for in the shower. I have rosacea, but I am in remission and rarely have a flare up. This soap has kept me from having a flare up and it is very comfortable on the skin. It is good for black heads and pimples. I haven't had a pimple since using it. I highly recommend that you try this soap. It also lasts a long time and gives good suds.

I have been dealing with some kind of acne for a while now. It has gotten so bad that I haven't wanted to leave the house. I tried everything. Eventually I found this exact soap recommended of a forum online. I bought this and paired it with Disposable Face Towels, which was also recommended to ensure you are always washing with a clean towel. By using both this soap and a new disposable face towel twice a day, my face is finally starting to look SO much better. So many other acne treatment did nothing for me, plus would start my skin on fire. This has been the first product/soap to actually be gentle enough while still working. I do still have breakouts that I'm trying to figure out the source, but I am now feeling confident again. There are days my face is actually very clear of acne and glowing! I believe my face still just needs time to heal from the years of tormented acne. But I finally have hope. I use this twice a day, and it does dry my skin out some, but not enough to cause irritation. I can tell if I miss a wash with this my acne starts to creep back. It also has a pleasant fresh scent to it which is a bonus. No harsh perfume smell.

This soap worked ok. It did leave my face feeling dryer. The smell isn't too bad and it does help.

At age 48 I still was getting acne. I also had a weird hard rash. Went to the drs and they recommended this soap because my insurance wouldn’t pay for the expensive stuff. Very effective. This paired with a gel and ointment my skin is soft again.

Soap has a very strong perfume fragrance - especially considering it’s marketed to sensitive/rosacea skin. I can smell the perfume while the bar is still in the packaging. Unlike previous sulfur soaps I’ve purchased, it does not have any sulfur smell. Undetermined whether it’s working as intended.
