I didn’t get a packet so I’m assuming it’s a heat pack that was included is no longer good .

Can these eat Jelly pots

I didn't know what jelly pots were but I do now. My search showed that beetles and crickets would eat it so I'm sure superworms would eat it. I use water crystals and jelly pots sound like a nutrition packed version. I grow the worms in chicken feed so adding more nutrients would be great. I hope that helped.
