## Description

Way to Get Accurate Readings Before measurement: Avoid eating and smoking as well as all forms of exertion directly before measurement. Relax by sitting in an armchair in a quiet atmosphere for about ten minutes Remove any garment that fits closely to your wrist. Always measure on the same wrist (normally left). Measure Procedure: Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Stretch your arm forward on the desk and keep relaxing, make sure the palm of hand is upturned. Make sure wrist is in correct position, at your heart level, to avoid body movement. Sit still and do not talk or move during the measurement. Recommendation that 5 min interval should elapse between 2 measurements.

Review: Overall very pleased - My spouse is weaning off blood pressure medications & so we wanted to have a reliable cuff to measure BP as he was weaning off the medication. We specifically were searching for one that was easy to use & read, small enough to store easily, not a budget buster in terms of cost, & of course had reliable readings. We chose this cuff because, based on its description & many positive reviews, it fit the bill on all accounts. We are not disappointed. The cuff is really easy to use. No fiddling around trying to get it strapped around your arm in just the right place without help. The wrist band is well constructed, holds perfectly during readings and is really a lot easier to use. I really like that this cuff is completely rechargeable and does not need batteries changed out all the time. The voice output on this cuff is pleasant to hear-though very quiet (there's no volume control that we could find)- and can be turned off if you do not need it. And although the digital readouts on the cuff monitor are VERY easy to read, the voice reading is handy if you have visual challenges. Readings are, of course, for both systolic & diastolic pressures as well as your heart rate. This will not measure, of course, oxygen saturation- you'll need a pulse/ox tool for that kind of reading. In terms of operation, this cuff was simple. One button push to stop or start. We found readings to be pretty bang on close to our typical readings at the doctor's office- and that stood true for both wrists, with results within one point of the other side's results. There is the option of storing up to 120 readings for two people, which is great for keeping track of your results. We love that there are ZERO bells & whistles on this cuff- no Bluetooth connection options, or wifi, or any of those unnecessary things. If, however, your doctor requires you to send results regularly from your BP cuff, this device would not fit the bill for that need. BIG BONUS! A reasonably sturdy & handy storage case to keep the cuff & charging cord together and tuck it away safely!! Other cuffs did NOT have this and we were not interested in trying to find a large storage space for a cuff when not in use-- or losing yet another charging cord to that endless dark abyss in the "charging cord drawer" in our house. Units that use arm bands for measuring readings are large & take up a lot of space for storage! This unit is nicely compact & easy to put away in the handy storage case when not in use. The storage box is small enough to store in a nightstand drawer, making handy access for early morning & bed time readings. Also, if you have young children in the house that like to "check things out" (LOL) this will keep the cuff a little less accessible & exciting to "check out" when you're not using it. Overall, this is a great cuff at this price point! Would highly recommend for daily monitoring of blood pressure readings for the typical person/patient taking better charge of their health journey.
Review: Easy to use BIG easy readout - This works well. It’s easy to use and has the directions right on the cuff itself. Not very large writing but it’s there and maybe useful for someone helping you who isn’t sure. It is super fast to measure and holds its charge for a nice amount of time. The readout is very easy to read. Also has a red yellow green light to guide you to the zones you are in with a quick confirmation of good or bad with no math. It’s not super large so you can take it on the go if you want to.

A: 1. Do not speak while measuring. 2. Do not move while measuring. 3. Wait at least 5 minutes between measurements if you need to talke more than one.

**Q: When should I recharge the device?**
A: When the low battery icon starts flashing and the device prompts "battery low power, please recharge it," it means the battery is low and needs to be charged. NOTE: Always use a compatible charger with an input of 100--240V and an output of 5V 1A.

A: The three green bars, representing health in the WHO symbol,will change into charging indicators. The charging indicator will blink while charging. When it stops blinking,the battery is fully charged.

A: After the charging indicator stops blinking, the low battery icon on the left side of the screen will not display a full charge status but will retain the factory preset battery icon. This is normal and not a malfunction of the device.

### ⭐ OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH FALSE READINGS!!

Works until it doesn't!!! Well I thought this was a great little BP cuff. About 4 months into using it and now it's giving me outrageously high readings!! Like stroke readings!!! It was saying that my pulse was 180 bpm!!! really? I checked it on my OX sensor and it's 71bpm... It now will only read this high - the last time this morning it read 185/126 with my pulse at 155bpm. Junk... I just bought a brand name arm cuff instead of wrist cuff. Don't waste your money or an unnecessary trip to the Urgent Care to see if you are having a heart attack or stroke.
